Understanding Your Depth

“You may think, ‘THAT PERSON IS SO NEGATIVE/RUDE/MEAN!’

When we find ourselves in judgment, it may help to go deeper and look at our own ego.
Find your center.
Feel into your heartbeat.
Judgment is a tool that we use to push the blame, shame or guilt we are feeling about ourselves, onto someone else.
To truly understand our own depth, we know that the world is not a ‘bad’ place.
There aren’t ‘bad’ people.
Because those humans are no different than you.
They have had different life experiences filled with painful moments and they have not learned how to heal yet.
It is our responsibility to dig deep into the REACTIONARY:CODE and defuse the urge to point or blame or snap back at someone.
When you allow yourself to play in this illusion of trauma and triggers being sent back and forth amongst us, another traumatic event is sent into the collective.
This ripple reignites the pain body and keeps humanity unhealed and unloved.
The real work is showing up, tapped into unconditional love, forgiving and loving each other, holding each other’s emotions with gentle skies, REACTION:FREE.”

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
