Learn, learn, learn. Find out all you can about your fundamental nature. There are various ways to do this: through inner knowing, which occurs in the silence,
and through teachings from those who have done such work before you. Trust those who rely not on conjecture, but the personal experience of expanded states of awareness, beyond the limitations of the brain.
Your true nature does not arise from the brain. It is the other way around. Bypass this marvelous filter on a regular basis, and you will achieve homeostasis.
Balance, dear one. You are not only human. Balance human knowledge with what the soul innately knows, and that is when what you call miracles become the norm.

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and
forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website.
