Normal Now

“The new normal.  Do you grow tired of people saying this, most especially after one you love has passed?

Whatever the case, one of the greatest causes of human suffering is resistance to change.  What is normal?  For the human, it is when things do not change.

And so, you resist the new normal.  What if there were no such thing as normal?  What if you greeted each moment with joy and wonder, adapting, flowing, and accepting, knowing that nothing is permanent in the human world, and that you are here to grow and flow with experiences?

Why then, normal would mean change.  Normal would be exciting.  You might not and need not enjoy every moment, but you would be far more flexible, and you would understand more why you are here.

Have you dug your heels in?  You are probably used to the old normal.  Be present.  Bend and flow, and know that normal only lasts one moment after the next.  In this awareness, may you find peace.  You are so very loved.”

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
