Respect Your Body’s Consciousness

“Our bodies are living, breathing expressions of our consciousness and should be treated as such.

Striking the right balance between our physical and spiritual aspects is one of the most challenging aspects of existence. We are dual beings by nature, spiritual entities bound to earth by physical bodies. In our lifetimes, we are charged with the duty of nurturing and tending both with equal devotion and love.
Yet while both aspects of the self are deserving of honor and respect, there is a tendency for people who are more spiritually focused to ignore, avoid, or dismiss their bodies. Similarly, many individuals are entirely ensconced in the carnal realm and pay no attention to the needs of the soul. In both cases, an adjustment is in order. We are whole only to the degree that we embrace both sides of our beings.
If the soul is the inward manifestation of our consciousness, the body is the living, breathing expression of that consciousness. The physical self provides the home in which the spiritual self takes root and flourishes. Just as we must tend to the seed of the soul to ensure that it grows strong, so, too, must we care for the protective shell that is the body to make certain it is capable of playing its role in our development.
Though there will no doubt be times in our lives when we feel more comfortable focusing on the spiritual self or the physical self, denying the fundamental importance of one or the other can lead to ill health, emotional distress, and a sense of incompleteness. Both facets of the human experience play a vital role in our well-being.

The body and the soul are the yin and yang of our current reality. They are, at this point of human evolution, irreparably bound together, and many spiritual teachers agree that the body is one of the greatest vehicles through which to access the soul. In fact, many believe that our spirit has chosen to be embodied as an essential part of our spiritual development. Consequently, it is the responsibility of each person on the planet to forge a marriage between the two, so that these disparate aspects bring out the best in each other, creating a vibrant, dynamic, and workable whole.”

Feel Compassion

“If everyone could just feel compassion for their fellow humans, no matter what that person believes or looks like, the world would be transformed in a moment. So we encourage you to be the leaders that we are always encouraging you to be, and spread the beauty of oneness to others in every opportunity that you get.

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

Your Focus Makes It Happen

“Everyone holds a mix of opinions, beliefs, and expectations on a myriad of subjects. When you give your attention to something, that Vibration becomes activated and comes to the forefront. And the more often you focus upon it, and cause it to come to the forefront, the more dominant it becomes.

You have the option of making a good-feeling aspect of another person dominant in your Vibration or of making a bad-feeling aspect dominant, and whatever aspect you regularly choose will become the Vibrational basis of your relationship. When your happiness becomes your highest priority, and so you deliberately keep active the best-feeling aspects of others, you will train your Vibrational frequency in such a way that they will not be able to rendezvous with you in any way that does not feel good when it happens.

The only way for anyone to be consistently happy is to understand that the feeling of happiness is simply about alignment with the Source within. When you are in your Vortex of Creation, you are lined up with all-that-you-have-become and with everything that you have asked for. There simply is no substitute for that alignment.”

Project Your Faith Into The Unknown

“You have the free will to stay stuck or to progress upward. Regardless of your challenges or struggles in life, you must have faith.

You must declare your success or greatness way before it becomes a physical manifestation.
You predict and manifest your own future through projecting your faith into the unknown.
This is what the masters know to be absolutely true. In fact, those who can materialize objects from the ether (Nothing) will tell you that they did nothing. Because their faith is so high, they can not explain doing anything special or spectacular.
They simply understand that Faith makes the invisible very visible. They will always refer to all these things already been created, only that they were aware of its existence and so was being able to bring it forth. Faith leads to knowing your own greatness in advance.

If everything already exists and have already happened, then have Faith and relax in your natural divinity. To know ourselves we must have faith. There’s no greatness without Faith; you cannot be great until you have Faith.

To understand the infinite possibilities in existence, you must truly have faith within yourself.

This is the path to Ascension.

May the joy of knowing yourself be with you always.

Eternal peace.”

Friendliness – Osho

Osho, “I have many friends but the question: ‘Who is a real friend?’ always arises in my mind.  Will you say something about it?”

Osho Answers – “You are asking from the wrong end.  Never ask, ‘Who is my real friend?’  Ask, ‘Am I a real friend to somebody?’

That is the right question.  Why are you worried about whether others are friends to you or not?

The proverb is: A friend in need is a friend indeed.  But deep down that is greed.  That is not friendship; that is not love.  You want to use the other as a means, and no man is a means, every man is an end unto himself.  Why are you so worried about who is a real friend?

The real question has to be, ‘Am I friendly to people?’  Do you know what friendship is?  It is the highest form of love.  In love, there is bound to be some lust; in friendship, all lust disappears.  In friendship, nothing gross remains; it becomes absolutely subtle.

Friendliness is simply the joy of sharing without any conditions, without any expectations, with no desire that something should be returned – not even gratefulness.

Friendliness is the purest kind of love.

Friendship becomes a relationship, fixed; friendliness is more flowing, more fluid. Friendship is a relationship, friendliness is a state of your being.

You are simply friendly; to whom, that is not the point. If you are standing by the side of a tree you are friendly to the tree, or if you are sitting on the rock, you are friendly to the rock. To human beings, to animals, to birds, you are simply friendly. It is not something static; it is a flow, changing moment to moment.

Friendliness is one of the most significant qualities for the seeker to develop; it is really sweet. It makes your whole life full of sweet music, full of sweet harmony. In Buddha’s vision it is higher than so-called love.”
