Love Is Always There

“Love is always there.  That benevolent force is always there, calling you Home, but judgments and fears prevent you from experiencing that love.

The purpose of my teaching is to remove the barriers to your awareness of love’s presence.  It is always there, but when you are small and when you are focused on judgment, limitation, fear, and attacking, love cannot reside in that vibration.

Love is a high vibration.  It is a frequency to which you must elevate yourself, and it is through practicing these principles that you will elevate your vibration high enough that you can experience love.”

Jesus My Autobiography, channeled through Tina Louise Spalding, “A Clarification Of Terms,” p. xxiv.

The Presence Of Peace

There will always be changes. Some of them are small and some are unexpected and unexpectedly big, such as the passing of a loved one. You can prepare for such changes in the awareness that change is part of the natural flow of life, but until it happens you may not be aware of how off-balance you can become. What is the solution?

Find now the part of you that never changes. It is not so much a part as a state … a state of being. You find it not when you are mindful, but when you are mind-less. Dissolve into this state moment by moment as you sit silently for one minute at a time. Watch the thoughts and experience simply being changeless as you watch the mind from your most natural mindless state. And then, when life changes, take breaks to simply be … the presence of Peace.

You are so very loved.

Do Your Best Not To Get Frustrated

“Do your best not to get frustrated with yourselves as you find yourselves not quite where you would like to be with a particular gift or ability. Most people no matter where they are on their path do feel that they should be further along than they are. Now, if more of you can accept where you are in terms of how much you’ve been able to access and share, you will then find that you relax into the next up-leveling of whatever it is you are doing.

And so, if you are just frustrated about how many people know about you and your work, you need to let that go. If you are frustrated about how many people are signing up to do readings or healings with you, you need to process that and let it go. You need to give yourselves permission to be where you are and give everyone else that same permission because those of you who are accessing those spiritual gifts and abilities are taking those very important next steps towards the evolution of consciousness that all of humanity requires.

That is our assessment of where you are right now as a human collective, and we know that you will get to where you are going, but we just want to help you get there without having to beat yourselves up along the way. You don’t have to crack the whip on yourselves, and it doesn’t serve you to be hard on anyone else because of where they are on their journey either.

We are The Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

This Step Will Bring You Peace

“Judgment in the usual sense is impossible.  This is not an opinion but a fact.  In order to judge anything rightly, one would have to be fully aware of an inconceivable wide range of things, past, present, and to come.  One would have to recognize in advance all the effects of his judgments on everyone and everything involved in them in any way.  And, one would have to be certain there is no distortion in his perception so that his judgment would be wholly fair to everyone on whom it rests now and in the future.  Who is in a position to do this?  Who in grandiose fantasies would claim this for himself?

Remember how many times you thought you knew all the ‘facts’ you needed for judgment, and how wrong you were!  Wisdom is not judgment; it is the relinquishment of judgment.  Therefore lay judgment down, not with regret but with a sigh of gratitude.  Now are you free of a burden so great that you could merely stagger and fall down beneath it.

It is not difficult to relinquish judgment.  But it is difficult indeed to try to keep it. The teacher of God lays it down happily the instant he recognizes its cost.  All of the ugliness he sees about him is its outcome.  All of the pain he looks upon is its result.  All of the loneliness and sense of loss; of passing time and growing hopelessness; of sickening despair and fear of death; all these have come of it.  And now he knows that these things need not be.  Not one is true.  For he has given up their cause, and they, which never were but the effects of his mistaken choice, have fallen from him.  Teacher of God, this step will bring you peace. Can it be difficult to want but this?”

You Are Infinite And Eternal Beings

“You are infinite and eternal beings of Source Energy. You are the Divine that is expanding out in all directions, and you have everything that you need inside of you, and therefore, you could never really measure your worth by looking at how much you have, how much you earn, or how much you’ve accomplished.

So we encourage you not to base your self-esteem, your self-worth, and your self-love on these tangible things, these items that you can point your finger to. And instead, we invite you to feel for your true worth, your worthiness, your infinite and eternal nature, and you do this by going beyond this singular lifetime. You do this by reaching within your heart center and finding the soul that you are deeply embedded within that very center point of your being-ness. Feel for yourself as infinite, eternal, and expanding all at once, and let that be a way for you of measuring yourself, and determining your worth.

Let yourselves dream then as big as you feel yourselves to be, and go beyond the limitations of your third and fourth dimensions. You are there to break free from those bubbles that you have placed yourselves in, and you cannot break free from those bubbles simply by acquiring more wealth or more stuff. It is only through introspection, going within, feeling for who you really are, that you begin to get a taste of the Divine.

And knowing yourself as the Divine while in the physical is the goal. It is the Christ consciousness, and it is what you are all after.

Golden Rule Part Two

“One of the greatest secrets that you are not taught in schools or in religions is that if you want others to treat you a certain way, then you must first treat yourselves the way that you want to be treated. You have so much more to give others when you first feel whole and complete in yourselves.

This is the Golden Rule, Part Two. Yes, you want to treat others the way you would love to be treated, but you also have to treat yourself the way you want others to treat you.

The universe is  a gigantic mirror, and it always reveals to you what’s going on inside

of you, rather than what you want the world to think or see. Whatever you want others tothink and say about you, please think those thoughts and say those things to yourselves.

Tell the universe, and show the universe, what you want to see reflected back to you from your fellow humans.

The Holy Spirit Is Your Guide – A Course In Miracles

“The Holy Spirit is your Guide in choosing. He is in the part of your mind that always speaks for the right choice, because He speaks for God. He is your remaining communication with God, which you can interrupt but cannot destroy.

The Holy Spirit is the way in which God’s Will is done on earth as it is in Heaven. Both Heaven and earth are in you, because the call of both is in your mind.

The Voice for God comes from your own altars to Him. These altars are not things; they are devotions.

Yet you have other devotions now. Your divided devotion has given you the two voices, and you must choose at which altar you want to serve.

The call you answer now is an evaluation because it is a decision. The decision is very simple. It is made on the basis of which call is worth more to you.”

Respect, Understanding, And Discipline

“There is a much bigger piece of you, let us say — the part that is connected to Oneness, the part that is connected to God, the Divine Mind, that is a much greater part of you.  But the ego mind is the part that you have brought down with you into separation, and so the ego mind is, by definition, focused on separation because that is what you have wanted it for.

The ego mind is associated with the physical body.  It is designed to keep you safe.  It is the consciousness process that you have incorporated into your conscious experience here.  You decided to come into separation, into individuality, to follow some of your desires, and you brought this focusing device with you.  It is a survival mechanism.  Its purpose is to keep you safe in your physical vehicle so that you can experience that which you seek to experience.

As a divine aspect of Creative Mind, you have tremendous power, so when you feed your energy into something, it becomes stronger to such a degree that it is all-powerful and all-creative.  For many of you, the ego mind — with its fear of death, its association with the body, and its limited ability to see (remember it is only looking at the present environment, interpreting the present environment)  — is what your space-time continuum requires of you.

You need to balance the ego mind with an intense spiritual practice. Why?  Because everything that you see and every aspect of yourself represents the idea of separation. If you do not balance this, you will be completely taken over; this is the suicidal person, or the warmonger, or the addict.  These are beings whose minds have had the ego run riot without any balance and without any self-understanding or self-discipline.  You can suffer from an aggressive, self-centered ego mind with a lowered vibration from inputting violence or pornography into the mind. When you do not balance it with spiritual practice and the greater understanding of what you are, your ego causes you pain. So treat the ego mind with respect, understanding, and discipline.”
