After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. Rumi, the Poet – “My Soul is From Elsewhere”

We Are All One in God

World Peace –  Peace in the world begins with love in my heart.

Like individual droplets of water merged to form the ocean, we are all one in God. The consciousness I hold flows through the drops around me. When collective consciousness unites together in belief, cause, or nation, it may form flowing ripples or crashing waves in the world in which we live.

World peace is a worthy goal and even more important, a state of consciousness. As I affirm thoughts of peace, those thoughts ripple out to the world around me. I choose to live in peace with all humankind, and join together with like hearts and minds.

Peace and love flow through me as I am reminded that we are all one in the ocean of God. Love ripples out bringing peaceful solutions where disharmony once crashed.

A Process for Connecting with 5D Energies ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You are minimizing the effects of the energies that are coming your way when you are unaware that they are a part of your reality. Therefore, it serves you very well to tune yourselves to what is happening energetically, instead of just letting it happen to you. What we mean by this is that you have an opportunity to feel outside of your normal frequency range and allow these energies to buoy you into new heights.

How do you do that, you might wonder? Well, the first thing that you must do is get in your physical body. In other words, you want your consciousness to be firmly planted in your physical body, instead of floating around in the ethers. Ground yourself completely, and then feel for the energy field that surrounds your physical body.

Feel it in the same way that you would feel sheets or clothing against your skin. It’s there. It’s available. And it serves you to reach out beyond, while still remaining in, your physical body. So you are then extending from the inside out.

Now, as you continue to reach out from your energy field into the area around your energy field, you can connect with the higher frequency energies that are bombarding your planet. And in so doing, you begin to harmonize with them. These energies are what you want to harmonize with, not the thought forms that have been floating around planet Earth for eons and eons of your time.

You want to connect with these higher frequency energies so that they can attune you to that higher frequency range that is available to you now because of where you are in your shift. You want to feel yourself becoming more of who you are, fuller, more whole and complete. And this process that we have just given you is one of the ways you can do this.

It certainly is a wonderful way to connect with those of us who are sending you the energy. It is a wonderful way for you to feel the love and light that is all around you, beckoning you forth, inviting you to become your fifth dimensional selves.

Grounding Galactic Energies ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

We have taken the necessary steps to assist you in bringing more energy down from all corners of the galaxy to your planet. We have assisted you by opening portals, and we have given you updates and upgrades so that you could not only receive energy and information from all across the galaxy, but so that you could also ground it into the physical reality in which you live.

You sometimes need help when it comes to the things that you are doing subconsciously. Now of course there are individuals who do this consciously, but they are very small, percentage-wise. And the rest of you are being assisted by us, and by your guides, and other high frequency beings who want to help. What this means for you is that you are creating a new Earth, an Earth that is integrated with all of the energies from across the galaxy.

You need to integrate all of the aspects of yourselves, and all of the aspects of the various star systems where you have also incarnated. Many of you talk about being starseeds and wanderers, and you are. But that means that you need to create an environment on planet Earth for yourselves where you can feel at home. It doesn’t mean that you are looking to graduate from Earth so that you can go home.

So we are assisting you in making Earth feel more like home to those of you who have felt lost and out of place for most of your time here. These energies that you are learning how to assimilate and ground are going to help you navigate your way to the fifth dimension, but more importantly, they are going to help you feel more whole and complete. They are going to help you access your higher selves entirely and ground that consciousness into your physical bodies as well.

The new Earth will be as it was always intended to be. It will be a place where energies from all across the galaxy can coexist in harmony. What you are doing now is nothing short of miraculous, and that is why you sometimes need a helping hand to make it all happen.

Duality & Polarity in this Universe ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

 
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have an understanding of this universe that gives us the ability to coexist within it with beings who are not of service to the greatest and highest good of all. We understand that the universe that we live in with you is about duality and polarity, and therefore we can accept that there will always be dark forces in this universe.
Now, once we came to accept this truth about the universe, we were able to let go. We were able to let go of any need or desire to eliminate or even punish those dark forces. We know that there is so much more power in the light, and we also know that any being who wants to remain in the light must be focused on the light. In other words, the light must let go of any preoccupation with the dark in this universe in order to fully be the light.
And so that has been our journey, and we are here now to suggest that it be your journey as well. Part of your journey is becoming aware of the darkness, and we know that once you awaken it becomes impossible to ignore that darkness. The next step is acceptance, and finally you let go of your attachment. You let go of the attachment to a need to be right.
Only a being who feels the need to be right would want to continue to focus on what is wrong or what is lying in the shadows. We would much rather see you encouraging more people to come to the light in order to free themselves from the bondage of that preoccupation with the dark. You can do this in your own lives, and you can encourage others to do it by setting your example and by holding space for them, but ultimately the darkness must always remain as a choice.
Once you allow that choice to be, you can still choose the light, and we know that if you are listening to or reading this message, you are choosing the light.
