Dreams Are Tremendously Significant

“Sigmund Freud said, ‘Dreams mean much more than you understand.  What you say consciously is censored, your mind is always screening; what to say, what not to say, how to present yourself, to present the best side of your being. In a dream you are more relaxed. Asleep you are more truthful.  Strange… your dreams are truer than you are.’

Dreams are tremendously significant.  Take note of them; make a diary, note down your dreams.  As you wake up in the morning, within three seconds you will start forgetting your dreams.  So if you really want to remember them, the first thing as you wake up immediately catch hold of the tail of a dream – because it will be the tail.  You will have to go backwards; first the tail, then the elephant.  And you will be immensely enriched because this will make you understand your own unconscious, it will bring light to your unconscious.  You will understand many things that you have been doing, but with no explanation of why you are doing them.

You have been falling in love with a certain type of person – why?  Perhaps a dream may give you the secret.  You have a certain disease again and again – why?  Perhaps the dream may open up the secret.

Dream and remember the dream.  Write it down, try to understand it, and it becomes a self-psychoanalysis.  And there is no other psychoanalysis which is better than self-psychoanalysis, because if you are analyzed by somebody else, his mind comes in.  He interprets it, and things become more complex.

Did you know that the unconscious and its repressed fragments go on affecting your conscious life?  You go on doing the same stupid things again and again even though you decide not to do them.  So use your dreams to understand yourself.”

Hidden Gifts

“When someone points out a perceived flaw or their disappointment in you, could you see this as a gift?

Regardless of whether the other is right or wrong, there is a reason for their perception.  It could be their pain or it could indeed be that you might want to change something in your own behavior.

What matters most is:  is there is an opportunity here to bring more light into the world?  To do so would be the gift.

We are not speaking of changing the other person, of defending yourself, even if warranted.  We are speaking of asking yourself, ‘What good can come of this?’

Move to the heart, whose only defense is love, and ask of Source, “How can this be turned into the gifts it holds?  Mine them from the muck of being human.

Gifts abound in a sea of pure potential.  You are so very loved.”

Understanding Forgiveness

“Many people find it hard to forgive but forgiveness really is the only way to heal any perceived injustice… Forgiveness cannot be forced, it has to come from a genuine place… If you are having difficulty forgiving, here are a few things to consider…

We create every situation and circumstance in our lives… Either predetermined by our soul contract or created energetically by our choices in this lifetime… A tough pill to swallow for many but understanding this concept is the road to freedom. It empowers us to become conscious creators and take control of our lives.

There is always something to learn from every interaction… When we can understand the lesson, we can start seeing the situation through a different perspective… Growth never comes from comfort… The only way we grow is to be pushed outside our comfort zones… Feeling emotional pain is always an indication that we are out of alignment with love… So try to grasp something positive from the situation. Know that nothing can be done to us without our soul agreement… Understanding the lesson is key.

Some people enjoy victimhood, it gets them sympathy and attention. However wallowing in this mentality, is choosing to stay in low vibration, where we can only be a vibrational match for other situations to keep us in alignment with our victim status. We’ve all experienced perceived injustices, every single one of us, but some of us choose to be survivors

Our past is only a story we keep alive by energetically reinforcing that particular timeline… What is it serving you to keep it alive?

Physically we are doing our bodies a great deal of harm by holding onto resentment… Holding onto anything interferes with the natural energetic flows of the body, creating blockages and eventually disease.

Forgiveness is the quickest way to release karma… If we don’t learn from the experience we’re only going to have to keep repeating it.

Lack of forgiveness is fear based… A need to control. We try to control our external circumstances when we cannot control our inner world… Love is acceptance.

Forgiveness does not need to be communicated in person… A written statement is perfectly acceptable. There is also no need to explain, just an “I forgive you” is so empowering. Even just a mental shift makes a huge difference …. If the person has passed over, write a letter, communicate it mentally or connect in meditation.

And lastly… Forgiving someone does not justify their actions in any way… But it does free us from allowing them to have a hold on us for the rest of our lives.

Forgiveness is taking our power back… Not allowing the situation to control us any more.

Forgiveness is giving ourselves the freedom to fly!”

Wandering

“There will be many times for you on the spiritual path when you wander off the path.  You may go for a while without remembering the path is here, right here.  So absorbed will you become in your human attractions such as the house, the car, the family, the job, the vacation, the bills, the entertainment that the soul aspect of you is pushed to the side.

And do you know what?  That is quite all right.  You are here for the party, so to speak.  You are in a body for the experience of being fully human, so live it up!

Those on the spiritual path have your little reminders … your angel statues, your jewelry with special significance, your candles, your sacred altars.  These external things in the outer world will catch you when the soul says, “Enough is enough.”

You will feel that stirring within and want nothing more than to step back onto the path and just BE with your inner world for a while.  And then you will once again find that perfect balance that makes this one big Joy-US journey.  You are so very loved.”

Consciousness Awakening – Matt Kahn

“When you start to awaken in consciousness, you realize that you have ‘a story’ and ‘a spiritual ego.’  When you wake up out of ego, you realize that you are around people who are in their stories and egos.

When we wake up out of ego, we allow people to have stories. Stories are where you start to learn that in the story of you as a person, you are surrounded by all of the people that supposedly shaped you into the person you are.

This about stories is true until you wake up in consciousness. Then, you start to realize that the conditioning that shaped you was a dream. Because you are that which has both ‘never been conditioned’ and ‘that which cannot be conditioned.’  So we have a story which is a launching pad of something to wake up from.

So when you are around people who are in their stories, you are around those that are being prepared for an awakening.

They are the greatest people to be around.

Such experiences will teach you that it is not your job to wake up other people in your life.  Your job is to wake you up.”
