Stillness Exercise

“Close your eyes, place your hand on your heart centre and breathe in slowly.

No force; just allow. Be there for a moment of stillness and then breathe out.

Repeat this until you feel calm inside. Now open your eyes. The world may look and feel a bit more peaceful now.

This is a powerful yet simple exercise to help bring us back to the Now moment. For truly that’s All That Is.

Give yourself this gift.
Allow yourself the time to Just Be.

Note that we never really ‘take’ a breath; we ‘receive’ a breath. Breath is the Life Force that breathes through us and keeps us alive in this place.

Honor the Breath.
Allow the Stillness.”
