Is there a better reason for you to exist than to experience life? Everything that you experience in life brings you closer to Source. Becoming, evolving, expanding, these are the natural consequences of experience. These are not things that you have to try to do. You don’t have to go to a class to learn how to evolve. All you have to do is experience your life, and the evolution will happen.
Now, it is true that there are ways of experiencing things that will hasten the evolutionary process. For example, when you are present with what you are experiencing, and when you are grounded in the experience, and when you allow yourself to feel everything that comes up for you during the experience, you are more likely to receive the benefit of the experience and make the evolutionary jump.
When you attempt to avoid, to numb yourself, or to hide from life, it becomes more challenging for you to feel the full benefit of everything that you are experiencing. You will still evolve, but it will be at a slower rate. And there’s nothing wrong with that, because that is an experience, you see
. So if you think that everyone should be on the fast track and evolving at an exponential rate, you are not understanding the value of all experience, because all experience has value.
And when you look for the value in an experience, you are going to find it. And when you do, you are going to make your conscious evolution a more enjoyable experience.
You all seek out certain experiences, and you seek to avoid others, and that is understandable. That is your free will. However, when you are open
to all experiences because you realize that they all have value, then you don’t need to fear anything, you don’t need to feel impatient, and you can enjoy whatever is coming your way.
Let yourselves have the full benefit of every experience, see it as your own creation, and see it as a gift that you have given yourself. These are the ways to not only expedite your evolutionary process, but they are also the ways for you to enjoy the experience of your evolution. As we have said, you cannot help but evolve, but you always get to choose how you do it.
