Be Happy

The Essence of My Every Desire Can Be Fulfilled… If your time-space reality has the wherewithal to inspire a desire within you, it is our absolute promise to you that your time-space reality has the ability to deliver, in full-manifested form, the reality of the desire it has inspired. Any and all desires can be fulfilled unless you are holding yourself out of alignment with your own desire. The feeling of competition or shortage, or limitation of resources, means you are out of alignment with your own desire.”

Your emotions are your indicators of the vibrational content of your Being, in every moment.  And so, when you become aware of the feeling of your emotions, you can also be aware of your vibrational offering.  And once you combine your knowledge of the Law of Attraction with your in-this-moment awareness of what your vibrational offering is, then you will have full control of your own powerful point of attraction–and with this knowledge, you can now guide your life experience in any way you choose.

Life and Relationships

th-5My Life Is about My Relationships… You will never find yourself in a point in time when the subject of relationships is not an active part of your now experience, for everything you perceive or notice or know is because of your relationship with something else. Without a comparative experience, you would be unable to perceive or focus any kind of understanding within yourself. Therefore, it is accurate to say that without relationships you could not exist at all.

Rumi, the Poet – “My Soul is From Elsewhere”

When the great Sufi mystic and poet Jalal-ud-Din Rumi died at sunset in Konya, southern Turkey, on December 17, 1273, he had composed over 3,500 odes, 2,000 quatrains, and a vast spiritual epic called the Mathnawai.

Increasingly, Rumi is being recognized as the unique spiritual genius he is, as someone who is fused at the highest level and with the greatest possible intensity the intellect of a Plato, the vision, passion and soul-force of a Christ or Buddha, and the extraordinary literary gifts of a Shakespeare. Rumi is, not only the world’s greatest mystical poet, but also an essential guide to the new planetary spiritual renaissance that is slowly emerging from the ruins of our civilization. He speaks to us from the depths of our own sacred identity, and what he says has the electric eloquence of our innermost truth. No other poet or philosopher has Rumi’s almost frightening intimacy of address, and has conveyed the terror, rapture and wonder of awakening to Divine Love with such fearless and gorgeous courage, such humility and such unflinching clarity.  by Andrew Harvey at dailyom.com

We Are All One in God

World Peace –  Peace in the world begins with love in my heart.

Like individual droplets of water merged to form the ocean, we are all one in God. The consciousness I hold flows through the drops around me. When collective consciousness unites together in belief, cause, or nation, it may form flowing ripples or crashing waves in the world in which we live.

World peace is a worthy goal and even more important, a state of consciousness. As I affirm thoughts of peace, those thoughts ripple out to the world around me. I choose to live in peace with all humankind, and join together with like hearts and minds.

Peace and love flow through me as I am reminded that we are all one in the ocean of God. Love ripples out bringing peaceful solutions where disharmony once crashed.

You silence the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples.—Psalm 65:7

No More Struggle

“It’s not necessary for you to exacerbate your contrast with struggle in order to get it into a higher place. It is not necessary to suffer in order to give birth to desire. But when you have suffered and you have given birth to desire, so what? You’ve got a desire. Turn your attention to the desire. Think about where you’re going and never mind where you’ve been. Don’t spend any more time justifying any of that stuff.”

Giving to Others

“I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver.” ~ Maya Angelou

“Another beautiful way to embody enlightened giving is to give with your actions.  Don’t just reserve the holidays to use your physical energy to change the planet.  There are many simple ways that you can contribute to the planet year round.  Some easy things to do are:

* Volunteer with a local organization to help people in need.
* Help out in a homeless shelter.
* Give your time to friends or neighbors in need of support.
* Do random acts of kindness for others (these may include letting people in parking spaces, putting money in someone’s parking meter, paying the toll for the car in back of you, or sending someone in the phone book $5).

It doesn’t really matter what or how you give of yourself.  All that truly matters is that you practice this art of enlightened giving.  If each of us commits to doing this, our world will profoundly shift into one that is full of loving kindness, and prosperity for all.  You have the option today to give the gift of food, shelter, and water to orphaned children we are supporting in India.  They will LOVE you for it!  It’s something you can always feel good about after the day is done…enjoy!”                                     EnlightenedBeings.com

The Path to True Love

Deepak Chopra’s “7 Stepping Stones on the Path to True Love”

  1. Let go of the past. Feeling unworthy and unlovable are illusions of the conditioned minds. What you see as your flaws are just hurts and wounds of the past. You must come to know that you deserve to be happy and fully loved.
  2. Be comfortable with your weaknesses. Every person has positive and negative qualities. Weaknesses make you complete. Instead of using them against yourself, you need to recognize how they can help you grow and empathize with others.
  3. Embrace yourself. By taking time each day to look into the mirror for just a few minutes and embrace the beautiful individual you are, you can grow in self-love.
  4. Love yourself exactly as you are. By loving and embracing your authentic self, you will attract people who love you for who you are. Say to yourself, “I’m a beautiful person. I’m a loving person. I love myself just as I am.”
  5. Be generous with yourself. You can express self-love through a gentle massage with warm oils, a nice meal, or a walk in nature. Nature itself is a true expression of unconditional love and serves as a vibrant, living example of how you should treat yourself.
  6. Stop looking for the right person. Become the right person. All relationships are mirrors. When you fall in love with someone, you can write down what you admire about him or her and express those traits in yourself. This way you will not be using that individual to complete your needs, but rather as inspiration.
  7. Don’t ask for more love. Be in love. Love is a state of awareness where you are connected to your spirit. When you express unrestrained, unconditional love for others and yourself, you light up the world around you. The more you put your attention on love, the more expansive it will become.   http://www.chopra.com

Becoming More Conscious

“To become conscious of Being, you need to reclaim consciousness from the mind. This is one of the most essential tasks on your spiritual journey.  It will free vast amounts of consciousness that previously had been trapped in useless and compulsive thinking.

A very effective way of doing this is simply to take the focus of your attention away from thinking and direct it into the body, where Being can be felt in the first instance as the invisible energy field that gives life to what you perceive as the physical body…

Can you feel it simultaneously in all parts of the body as a single field of energy?  Keep focusing on the feeling of your inner body for a few moments.  Do not start to think about it.  Feel it.  The more attention you give it, the clearer and stronger this feeling will become.”  Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now, p. 111-112.
