The Sun’s Solar Flares

“My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You have experienced an incredible amount of light these past few weeks flowing to you from your sun.  You are energetic beings, and without exception, this will affect you to varying degrees.
The energy from your sun is a tangible representation of the Divine energy that gives life to all.

When your sun emits solar flares, it creates movement in your physical energy field. If your energy is flowing smoothly, it receives a ‘boost.’ If you have stuck energy, the light stirs it up and gets it moving. This is why so many are experiencing odd physical symptoms as their bodies feel areas of resistance to the heightened flow. This is why so many souls are leaving the planet suddenly—they decided to surf the current right out of the body and into the heavens! This is why old upsets can reappear if not completely dealt with, and this is why any small movement in the direction of your heart will  result in your seeing support appear more quickly.

If you do things you are passionate about, you will feel energized. If you try to make yourself do things you don’t authentically feel like doing in the moment, you’ll feel exhausted. Find a way to feel good about what you have to do, dear ones, so you can accomplish your necessary tasks without falling asleep!  It is not a good time to push yourselves without mercy. Take small steps towards the things you de-sire. Gentle momentum will give you more energy. Pushing yourselves will deplete you.

As well as take care of your physical body. Drink your water. Get the minerals that the nervous system needs to function well. Listen to the cravings your body has. It tells you what it needs.

Both the visible and invisible lights are flowing to you in great measure, dear friends. Resistance to loving yourself will be felt more strongly, but the choice to be kind to yourself will feel as if the universe is magnifying your love.

You live in exciting times, and the possibilities for creating new realities for yourselves have never been stronger. Listen to your hearts. Get in your own natural flow. In that space, you can enjoy these intense times and tap into the love that is there for you, now, always, and forever.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

“Judgment In The Usual Sense Is Impossible” – ACIM

“The aim of our curriculum, unlike the goal of the world’s learning, is the recognition that judgment in the usual sense is impossible.  This is not an opinion but a fact.  In order to judge anything rightly, one would have to be fully aware of an inconceivable wide range of things; past, present and to come.

One would have to recognize in advance of all the effects of his judgments on everyone and everything involved in them in any way.  And one would have to be certain there is no distortion in his perception, so that his judgment would be wholly fair to everyone on whom it rests now and in the future.  Who is in a position to do this?  Who except in grandiose fantasies would claim this for himself?

Remember how many times you thought you knew all the ‘facts’ you needed for judgment, and how wrong you were!  Is there anyone who has not had this experience?  Would you know how many times you merely thought you were right, without ever realizing you were wrong?

Wisdom is not judgment; it is the relinquishment of judgment.  Therefore lay judgment down, not with regret but with a sigh of gratitude.  Now you are free of a burden so great that you could merely stagger and fall down beneath it.  And it was all illusion.  Nothing more.  Now can the teacher of God rise up unburdened, and walk lightly on.

It is not difficult to relinquish judgment. But it is difficult indeed to try to keep it.  The teacher of God lays it down happily the instant he recognizes its cost.  All of the ugliness he sees about him is its outcome.  All of the pain he looks upon is its result. Teacher of God, this step will bring you peace.  Can it be difficult to want but this?”

Habitual Judgement

Louise Hay teaches us that judgement and criticism become a habit that can be hard to break for many of us. Take a few moments to notice your inner dialogue. Are you seeing the world through critical eyes? Do you judge everything? Do you stand in self-righteousness? Do any of these statements ring true for you?

  • Why are there so many bad drivers?
  •  People are so stupid.
  •  I’m such a jerk.
  • I’d do it if I weren’t so fat.
  • Those are the ugliest clothes I’ve ever seen.

When we judge, we make someone or something wrong. To be able to love ourselves we have to release judgement. Drop all criticism. Refuse to criticise or judge yourself. Criticism only brings you down. It doesn’t create positive change.

Criticism locks us into the very pattern we’re trying to change. Whereas understanding, compassion and being gentle with ourselves, helps us move out of it.

Self-acceptance is required. Be willing to accept yourself exactly as you are in this moment.

Negative Emotions

“We think that negative emotions are produced by circumstances, whereas all negative emotions are in us, inside us.  This is a very important point.  We always think our negative emotions are produced by the fault of other people or by the fault of circumstances because of what they say and do which seem to trigger us.  We always think that.

Our negative emotions are in ourselves and are produced by ourselves.  There is absolutely not a single unavoidable reason why somebody else’s action or some circumstance should produce a negative emotion in me.  It is only my weaknessNo negative emotion can be produced by external causes if we do not want it.  We have negative emotions because we permit them, justify them, explain them by external causes, and in this way we do not struggle with them.

When you feel an unpleasant emotion, do not express it. When it expresses itself, like anger or irritation, you feel relief, but in this way, it becomes stronger and has more and more control over you. When you realize that nobody else is responsible for your irritation, little by little you will begin to feel differently. We have much more power over the expression of negative emotions than we think, and we can learn not to express them.

It is the same as in relation to unnecessary talk.  Ask yourself: is it useful, is it necessary to express them?  Do not express.  Find reasons for not expressing those unnecessary words and negative ones.  They serve no useful purpose.

By realizing how much we lose by allowing ourselves the pleasure of having them, we can stop them. A certain mental struggle or work is necessary to weaken their hold on you. Remember, they are the easiest to drop at their beginnings.  Then create right attitudes to replace them. You can look for positives and change your point of view!”
