Let Them

🌻“Are you familiar with the ‘Let Them’ theory? I’ll tell you, friends, the more I grow, the more I am okay with accepting the ‘Let Them’ in my own life and relationships.
This took me years to just be ok with ‘let them’.
🌻Let them be upset.
Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip about you,
Let them ignore you.
Let them be ‘right.’
Let them doubt you.
Let them not like you.
Let them not speak to you.
Let them run your name in the ground.
Let them make you out to be the villain.
Whatever it is that people want to say about you, let them!
Kindly step aside and LET THEM.
The hard truth is they know how much they are hurting you. And they just simply don’t care. They did it knowing it could cause them to lose you. And they did it anyway. People that love you care about how they make you feel. The end. Let them go.
🌻There will be people that would rather lose you than be honest about what they’ve done to you. Let them go.
The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of acountability was the closure. The lack of honesty was the closure. Let them go.
🌻Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic when you get up. Let them go.
You can still be kind. You can even still love them deeply. But do it from the distance they created in their words and actions. Access to you is a privilege.
Let them go.
🌻You don’t need to tell your side of the story. Your story will eventually be ‘seen’.
Let them go.
It’s taken me a long time to get here. Sleepless nights, countless tears, managing a range of emotions filled with anger, disappointment, confusion, and deep hurt. Lots of self-reflection, self-preservation, deep prayer, and seeking wisdom from those much wiser than me.
🌻If you are struggling with this know that you are not alone.
Don’t let them steal your joy.
Don’t let them steal your light.
Don’t let them steal your peace.
You are in control of that!
🌻Hold tight to what you can control and release your grip on what you can’t.

The World We See

“The world we see merely reflects our own internal frame of reference — the dominant ideas, wishes, and emotions in our minds. ‘Projection makes perception. The world you see is what you gave it, nothing more than that.’ (ACIM Chapter 21, p.445)

We look inside first, decide the kind of world we want to see and then project that world outside, making it the truth as we see it.  We make it true by our interpretations of what it is we are seeing.  If we are using perception to justify our own mistakes — our anger, our impulses to attack, our lack of love in whatever form it may take — we will see a world of evil, destruction, malice, envy, and despair.

All this we must learn to forgive, not because we are being ‘good’ and ‘charitable,’ but because what we are seeing is not true.  We have distorted the world by our twisted defenses, and are therefore seeing what is not there.  As we learn to recognize our perceptual errors, we also learn to look past them or ‘forgive.’

At the same time, we are forgiving ourselves, looking past our distorted self-concepts to the Self That God created in us and as us.”

A Course In Miracles, Foundation For Inner Peace, Helen Schucman, Preface p.xi.

The Process Of Pivoting

“Change the way you look at things, and the things you’re looking at will change

Abraham Hicks believes the physical world to operate largely on the Law of Attraction. It’s a kind of law like gravity is a law. Just as an apple will always fall downward if dropped, the LOA refers to an aspect of being that causes similar thoughts to attract each other. Like attracts like.”

So, if you put out a positive thought about something you’re wanting, it will attract more positive thoughts. And when more thoughts on any particular issue come together, they eventually manifest in physical form.

Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want….

In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And-in that moment-your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting ”

Your Contribution To Earth

“Each of you has contributed love to this planet in your own unique way. No matter how much or how little you think you have accomplished in the 3D world, each of you has contributed to the vibration of love. Material objects come and go. Money comes and goes. Everything you do in this 3D world will come and go, but the energy of love you create here on this Earth lasts forever.

You may not think much of the love you leave behind daily, but we see you emitting it like a lighthouse all the time. Even when you feel down, you take a moment to snuggle under a blanket, appreciate its softness, and love goes out into the world. Even when you sit at home in the house you admire, puttering around, you are admiring your home, feeling cozy, and emitting love. When you are kind to someone, you are emitting love. And when you took the few seconds to appreciate yourself, you were emitting a mighty beacon of love.

So be gentle and kind to yourselves. Acknowledge yourselves often and criticize less. You deserve your own love, dear ones. You deserve your own appreciation. You deserve whatever it is your heart desires. The more often you can be kind to yourself, the more you let in the desires that are trying to reach you on a high vibrational frequency of love.

Give thanks for the gift that you are upon this Earth. Unwrap the present that is you by sharing a smile, a kind thought, or a prayer. You are all lights on this Earth.  You are all here with one purpose alone and do it without even thinking, far more often than you realize. You are here to love.

We give thanks for you, for you are Earth Angels bringing this love into your 3D world.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Everyone’s Life

“Everyone’s life looks perfect until you live their life.”
We often look at other people’s lives and get fascinated by them. We feel that everything in their life is perfect, they are happy with everything and they do not lack anything in life.
The more we find perfection in their life, the more imperfections we feel we have in our life until we get close to them and realize everyone has something that isn’t perfect. They have their own challenges and they are not happy about something in life.
Be appreciative of what you have. Admire other people’s lives, but do not make it a reason to feel lesser or feel lack in your own life. Everyone has something missing in life, it is up to us whether we look at what we have or what we lack.
