Understanding The Universal Laws

“There are 12 Universal Laws and 21 sublaws, that describe ways in which cause and effect are related.  The Universal Laws can also be viewed as guidelines for behaviors that will enhance our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.

The Universal Laws are all inner-related and are founded on the understanding that everything in the Universe is energy, including us, and that energy moves in a circular fashion.  At the microscopic level, we are a swirling mass of electrons and energy atoms spinning rapidly.   In fact, everything in the world is comprised of energy and we are intimately connected to this sea of energy, this sea of whirling electrons.

Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are all forms of energy.  What we think, feel, say, and do in each moment comes back to us to create our realities.  Energy moves in a circle, so what goes around comes around.  The combined thoughts, feelings, words, and actions of everyone on the planet create our collective consciousness.  It creates the world we see before us.

The exciting news is, because our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions create the world around us, we have the power to create a world of peace, harmony, and abundance. In order to do this, it is essential that we learn to control our thoughts and emotions.

Understanding the Universal Laws helps us to do this.”

Happy Father’s Day

Matt Kahn writes of his brand-new step-father relationship.

“Instead of telling her what I know, I ask what interests her. Instead of sharing my process, we play her favorite video game together. Instead of forcing her to change, we do new or difficult things together as a family. Instead of demonstrating authority, I continue to build trust with someone who now has another person sharing space with them. In a matter of months, things have opened up, and measurable change is apparent. She has now graduated with her GED and is exploring career path options. Throughout this process, she has naturally embodied a spirit of individuality that has been an incredible teacher for me, one I am blessed to honor and live with.

A few weeks ago, before Joy and I left the house to lead an event, she said to us, ‘Good luck with whatever it is you do.’ Joy and I smiled at each other. Behind the facade of ‘I don’t care’ was an attempt to open up and reach out. It’s a tiny victory, and we honor its value wholeheartedly.

I offer these words out of profound respect to any parent who is navigating any degree of difficulty with a child. Whether you are loving a child through various health challenges or behavioral patterns, are estranged from your children, holding space for a child’s journey through addiction, or even having to implement boundaries in support of your own safety, I bow in the presence of all parents and children who are equally a part of the long game of evolution that inspires goodness and growth in every heart—even when that evolution is progressing at such a rate that it becomes nearly impossible to notice the changes always occurring behind the scenes of Universal Will.

May these words inspire us to continue expanding our consciousness as a journey of mature embodiment, knowing the difference our light can make when leading by example—no matter how much we know and are excited to share.”

Use Your Mind As The Tool It Was Created To Be

“You can use your minds as the tools they were created to be. Recall a time you did something that you would do for the love of it, and remember how that feels. Recall a time when you felt free, if only for a moment, and luxuriate in that feeling. As you focus on the things that inspire these feelings, you are creating the future that you will experience. You are influencing your world’s future as well.

You are not at the mercy of the external world. Even if someone were to order that your area be bombed, in the vibration of resting securely in God’s love, you would be guided to a safe place from which to create your future. Even if the economy were to become abysmal, in a vibration of flow and abundance, you would experience helpful souls, great ideas, and opportunities to support all your needs and wishes. Even if you were to lose your job, in a frequency of divine love, you would be guided to the one you like more.

So when the world tries to draw you into fearful realities and futures, stop. What do you wish to experience? How can you find those feelings? Not a single one of you would ever say, we want someone else to control our future, yet when you give your minds over to the fears being spread by others, you do just that.

Dear ones, you are so beautiful, so powerful, so loved, and so loving. You have the capacity to recall or imagine scenarios that will inspire beautiful feelings you want to feel as you move through this time/space you call life. You have brilliant minds that can be used as tools to tune into feelings that create realities beyond your wildest dreams.

So you choose, dear friends. Will you create a fearful future or a glorious one that influences the world’s direction as well? At the very least, you will enjoy life. At the very best, you will be one of the vibrational notes or “votes” that sways the course of human history toward a glorious future.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Say The Hawaiian Mantra To Ask Forgiveness

“Question:  I was advised to write a letter to each and every person I have ever been angry with in my life and then ceremonially burn the letters.  I found this procedure arduous.  Is there another way to transmute anger?

Maureen J. St.Germain: That type of exercise is primarily for those who do not have the capacity for forgiveness, whose hearts are not sufficiently open to forgive to the extent that no one can do them harm.

Simply use the ancient Hawaiian mantra practice known as Ho’oponopono:  I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you, and this will transmute through heartfelt forgiveness.”

Your Thoughts Materialize

“If she had been able to follow his advice, I am convinced she would be alive and well today.  I am also sure that readers who understand and follow Seth’s ideas on health will find their own greatly improved.

‘You must watch the pictures that you paint with your imagination,’ he said, ‘for you allow your imagination too full a reign.’

If you read our early material, you will see that your environment and the conditions of your life at any given time are the direct result of your own inner expectations.  You form physical materializations of these realities within your own mind.

If you imagine dire circumstances, ill health, or desperate loneliness, these will be automatically materialized, for these thoughts themselves bring about the conditions that will give them reality in physical terms.  If you would have good health, then you must imagine this as vividly as in fear you imagine the opposite.

You create your own difficulties.  This is true for each individual. The inner psychological state is projected outward, gaining physical reality — and this is true regardless of the nature of the psychological state.

The rules apply to everyone.

You can use them for your own benefit and change your own conditions once you realize what they are.

You cannot escape your own attitudes, for they will form the nature of what you see.  Quite literally you see what you want to see, and you see your own thoughts and emotional attitudes materialized in physical form.  If changes are to occur, they must be mental and psychic changes.  These will be reflected in your environment.  Negative, distrustful, fearful, or degrading attitudes toward anyone work against the self.”
