Explain Your Anger

I think we must also be “aware of our voice tone, facial expressions and demeanor.” I’m not saying to become a false self but why add to the negativity in the World with one’s lack of awareness of our outer, physical expressions of non peaceful energy?

Hey, it is ALWAYS possible that our egoic reactions are wrong. Leave yourself some wiggle room for ultimately feeling in harmony with someone.  This might also be called, “keeping an open mind.”

The World Serves As A Mirror

“Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.”

“The particular egoic patterns that you react to most strongly in others and misperceive as their identity tend to be the same patterns that are also in you, but that you are unable or unwilling to detect within yourself.

In that sense, you have much to learn from your enemies.  What is it in them that you find most upsetting, most disturbing?  Their selfishness?  Their greed?  Their need for power and control?  Their insincerity, dishonesty, propensity to violence, or what ever it may be?  Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.

But it is no more than a form of ego, and as such, it is completely impersonal.  It has nothing to do with who that person is, nor has it anything to do with who you are.  Only if you mistake it for who you are can observing it within you be threatening to your sense of self.”

Eckhart Tolle, “A New Earth,” p. 74.

Pieces Of The Puzzle

“We each have our own unique energetic vibration, as unique as our fingerprints. There is no one else who looks exactly like you, sounds exactly like you, thinks exactly like you, or feels exactly like you.

It is your unique fingerprint, the authentic one and only You, that’s offers the greatest contribution to this world. No one else has your gifts or abilities because your offerings are unique. They are as individual as you are.

We are each a piece of the Universal puzzle; no piece is exactly like the other and All are important. None stands above the other nor below the other; All are equally necessary for the completion of the Master Puzzle. When you bring all the individual pieces together, joining them one to the other, the puzzle of Oneness is complete. Consider this – that without your individual piece, the puzzle would never be complete. You Are an Important Piece of the Whole. You Matter.”
