There have always been those who can tell a convincing lie or paint a false picture. With your social media, the Internet, and new technologies, the capacity to falsify information is even grander than ever! Then again, so is the ability to share wonderful ideas and information, connect in new ways, and embrace the fact that you are a human family.

So dear ones, keep reaching for better thoughts and feelings because you can trust yourselves in the energy of a high vibration. Don’t worry about who is telling the truth and who is not. Tell the truth to yourselves – that you live in a loving and magnificent             universe that is always guiding you

toward what you wish to experience. You are not at the mercy of technology, systems, or other human beings, no matter how imposing they appear. You are only, and always, at the mercy of your own vibration.

In a loving vibration, you align with the truth of the Divine within, and this Presence will always guide you in love.

“According to Edgar Cayce, unless an individual is seeking to improve their spiritual life by asking for help in terms of prayer, their dreams will primarily be a meaningless jumble.

If, however, we are unselfishly seeking God’s will, then the higher consciousness will monitor our dreams and give us a clearer sense of direction in our daily lives.  There is little therapy or value in simply learning the meaning of a dream, especially if it is related to an aspect of behavior unless we want to change or improve ourselves.

Modern-day psychiatry divides the mind into the conscious and the unconscious or subconscious, but Cayce said that a third division exists which he called the superconscious mind.  This portion of the mind has retained the memory of God’s presence.  It is our remaining tie and our communications link with our original spiritual consciousness.  In the Bible, there are constant references to communication between man and God, between man and the angels, and between and his higher self through the medium of dreams.

‘Forget not that if it has been rightly said that the Creator, the gods, and the God of the Universe speak to man through his individual self.  Man approaches the more intimate conditions of that field of the inner self when the conscious self is at rest in sleep; at which time more of the inner forces are taken into consideration and studied by the individual.’  (3744-5)”

“Ask for our help. We’re right here, next to you, above you, below you, in front of you, or behind you. We’re close to you everywhere, provided you are in a high vibration.

Your vibration brings us closer or moves us away from you. If you’re in a high vibration we’re right next to you, if you’re in a low vibration we move away from you; because the energy is incompatible with ours. But we’re always close. Therefore, ask for our help to remove from your hearts any discrimination or anything that makes you see another being with critical eyes, and not with the eyes of the heart.

You were accustomed to that: to discriminate and repel the other, to humiliate when the other doesn’t please you, and even to enslave the other because he is different from you. What will you do when you see a being that is different from you? Will you try to enslave or humiliate him? Or will you try to imprison or murder him, because he is something that might bring danger? What feeling will you emanate? This is a question that must echo in your hearts, not in your minds.

Thus, ask for our help, in order for all this discriminating process that was implanted in you to be eliminated, transformed, and evolved. And no, there’s no specific sentence. There’s no ritual, no candle, no nothing. A request from the heart is enough.

‘Angels, help me to look at the other with the eyes of the heart.’ This is an example of a sentence; there’s no need to be this one. It may be your sentence, but it must have the same meaning so that you learn to look at anyone with the heart.”

“Suzanne Ward: Matthew, tell me about Heaven.                                          MATTHEW: Life is meaningful, Mother!  There is an ecstasy, a fervor among the people here.  We have important work, almost limitless studies, visits to Earth families, glorious music, astounding travel, and incomparable beauty.  Much more goes on here than the blissful life in spirit that is associated with Heaven!

Nirvana is the proper name of this realm. Often it is referred to as a haven, and maybe from that use the word Heaven came.  This is a placement mainly for people who have left their Earth bodies and are on their next stage of spiritual evolvement; however, many transient souls live here, too.  Despite the great difference between the usual concept of Heaven and the actuality of life here, this is the ‘eternal life’ of Earth religions.

Suzanne Ward: Do you have some kind of body or only an ephemeral essence?  MATTHEW:  I definitely have a body, Mother!  We have etheric bodies.  You might think of Earth bodies as being the tight weave of chintz compared with our bodies being the loose weave of cheesecloth.  Each material has its definite shape, weight and thread structure, but the cheesecloth has greatly more flexibility and motion and versatility because it’s less dense than the more tightly woven fabric.

We can stand and sit, just as you can, but our bodies can float in a conscious state as well as in a resting state, like your sleep.  Also, we can move within or without our bodies, and we can see each other either way.

Our bodies are less dense than yours because they vibrate at a higher frequency than bodies on Earth.  Our vibratory rate is considerably higher than your third-density vision can register, which is why most people on Earth can’t see us even when we’re standing right beside them.

Our bodies are perfect in form and function in accordance with the soul’s evolution.  We retain features that are as close as we wish to our former appearances.  When Earth’s lifetimes have been distinguished by notable achievements, this is evident in our appearance.  Our auras are brighter and more distinct in the certain color tone ranges that identify the areas of excelling.  It’s comparable to your glistening eyes that reflect contentment, enthusiasm, innocence, love — all of the qualities and characteristics associated with godly character and behavior.”
