“My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Each and every one of you is a magnificent creator. At every moment you are creating – both consciously and unconsciously. In every second that you are upon the earth, you have the opportunity to move forward into greater awareness or to fall back into unconscious patterns. With every breath you can consciously choose a more loving reality or unconsciously choose the reality you have been programmed to expect.

Every moment is ripe with potential. You get to decide how you will use it.

If you look at those whose lives have been interrupted by natural disasters, for example, you’ll see that many are more awake, more alive, more present, more aware, and more loving than ever before. No longer able to operate routinely, entire communities awaken to the present moment and to the love that flows between them.

Suddenly “love your neighbor as yourself” takes on new meaning. You have to save your own life. You have to save your neighbor. People share food. They encourage one another. They look out for each other and they give thanks for what they do have, even while mourning the losses. They care for the animals.

Some people die and return to a greater love than you can possibly imagine. Some are injured and learn that even when they’re not in control they are cared for and loved. Some, sadly cling to their beliefs and their suffering even as the forces of nature try to provide a classroom opportunity to wash those debilitating beliefs away.

The opportunities for love are there in each moment. Even in unthinkably difficult situations the Source is whispering, always trying to awaken you to its Love and kinder reality. Even in the disasters we are walking with you and guiding you.

We are there holding people’s hands and hearts as the winds blow and the waters rise. We are sending neighbors to help neighbors, inspiring first responders to look where they will find those in need of rescue. We are giving the infirm ideas about who to reach out to for help. We are escorting the dying – both humans and animals – into the glorious light of love. We are guiding lost puppies to loving care. We are comforting the injured. We are there with each and every person involved, doing everything that their free will, beliefs, and choices allow for.

We love you so much. We try to help you avoid suffering, long before you manifest the experience of it. Even if the sum total of your beliefs and choices has guided you into hardship, we are there, working to help you find your way back to a kinder, loving reality… one loving choice at at time.

In each and every moment – in the calm and the storm – choosing to believe in, receive, and share love is your path into kinder realities.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have noticed that you all like to sit with a particular thought and ruminate on it until it has worn out its welcome. We see you intersecting with certain thought forms and then dissecting them as if they were somehow now your problem to deal with or fix. You don’t have to worry about fixing anything, and you certainly don’t have to worry about any thought that comes into your awareness as though it were somehow a part of you.

Your thoughts are not your own. You borrow them, and it usually serves you better to give them back before you all do. You mustn’t be afraid of the thoughts you think. It does not serve you to give them any power over you whatsoever.

Many individuals have been led to believe that their thoughts originate from inside of them, but we know that thoughts are floating around, and you are colliding with them. And then you have to determine for yourself whether you want to continue to exist in that thought’s presence or whether you would like to move on.

Thoughts, like emotions, can move right through you if you allow them to. But once you let them define you, then you feel that it is your responsibility to do something about them. You are energy that vibrates, and when you vibrate in harmony with other energies, you become aware of them.

If you don’t like the energies that you are becoming aware of, that you are intersecting with, then it is to your benefit to change your vibration. Go to the core of what is bringing you that thought, but let the thought be. Let the thought exist for those who want to harmonize with it.

When you understand the importance of vibration, you will also understand that thoughts are just symbols. They have absolutely no power over you, unless you give them that power, unless you let them define you. We know you as you really are – pure, unconditional love. And that is how we will always see you.

We have witnessed an evolution of your consciousness that began when you started to anticipate all of the movements of the celestial bodies in your solar system in the month of August. Now, what we are witnessing is that you had a global event in your solar eclipse that generated much excitement, especially among Americans. And the fact of the matter is that you all benefitted from the collective excitement that was felt, even by those who are unaware of the spiritual significance of such an occurrence.

As you all made your own interpretations of what the eclipse meant and what it brought to you, you created a net over the planet, connecting each other through that excitement and through the anticipation of some wonderful movement forward for the species. Now, we can say with certainty that it has been achieved.

You have all delivered it unto yourselves through your anticipation and excitement, and you got some help from the sun and the moon. The opportunity for that event to trigger a greater awareness of the power of the sun was taken, and you each connected to the aspects of yourselves that the sun represents.

Now as you complete the month of August, you must realize that the energies you are receiving are much different than when you began the month. And this is resulting in a greater feeling of connection between humans and other humans, humans and mother Earth, and humans and the sun.

And that also creates a large net that is powerful and both receives and transmits to other points in the galaxy. You are demonstrating your readiness for further contact. You are seeing yourselves as galactic citizens, and you are demonstrating an ability to receive from other points in the solar system and galaxy.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There are standards for perfection on your planet earth that have plagued humanity since the dawn of time. You feel successful if your life looks the way society thinks it should, and not when it doesn’t. You feel beautiful if you match some capricious “wrinkle-free” image. You feel good about yourself when acknowledged and loved by others, less so when abandoned or criticized.

It is only the human conditioning which robs you of your natural state of joy and makes you feel anything less than Divine.

In our eyes, you are perfect, exactly as you are.

When you came to earth as babies, you knew you were perfect. You loved yourselves. You cried when you had need. You laughed when something was funny without worrying about being “socially correct” You didn’t have a shred of guilt in reaching out for what fascinated you. You lived authentically.

And then, as you say, life happened. You became conditioned by others.You started to feel guilty when your authentic self no longer matched what others wanted, or expected of you. You were trained to conform, to “succeed,” and to “please.”

Deep down however, a fire of Divine Love (self love) burns within you. Whether it has been covered over so strongly that the sheer effort of denying your truth has resulted in depression, whether it erupts in angry spurts when quenched too long, or whether it burns warmly… it is always there. It cannot be extinguished. It is who you really are.

A rose does not feel guilty for its thorns. A river makes no apology for carving a channel through stone. The sun does not take responsibility for anything other than shining, even though clouds may obscure its light. All of nature knows that its only duty is to be what it is in a given moment. That is all that is ever asked of you.

Don’t apologize, dear ones, for being who you really are. Don’t worry about whom you please or whether or not you are a “success” in the eyes of the world. Don’t change yourself to “fit in” with what others expect. Don’t let guilt rob you of your natural joy.

You are already “good enough.” You already “fit” perfectly in this beautiful puzzle of life. If you think even the smallest loving thought about yourself or another, you have succeeded today. If you have loved in even one breath then, in our eyes, you have not lived in vain.

In our eyes, you are perfect. In our eyes, you cannot fail.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

This is a time of increased awareness of yourselves and the others that you share your planet with. This is a time of uncovering, discovering, and being transparent to one another. It is one of the reasons why you have so much sharing of information happening through your technology, including the unwanted and invasive spying techniques that are employed at times by people in positions of power.

This is not meant to elicit feelings of victimization. This reality that you are creating for yourselves is meant to get you ready for a full telepathic society. Those of you who are empathic are already reading the emotions of others and feeling them within yourselves. Once you transition to being fully telepathic, there will be no secrets and there will be no hiding. There will be no reason to try to deceive another or hide a thought or a feeling.

And so you are readying yourselves for that eventuality. This is a part of the evolution of your consciousness, because in order for you to be willing to share everything about yourselves, you must release your fears, your shame, and your judgment. When you accomplish this undertaking, which is well underway for all of you, you will not feel a need to hide anything from each other, and you will be willing to speak to one another about what you are feeling, what you are thinking, and what you desire.

This openness is going to create a deepening of the connection that you all have with one another and a strengthening of the human collective, which will ultimately assist you in your ascension process. Now, in the meantime, what would be most beneficial to all of you would be to start by being honest with yourselves. Start by acknowledging how you feel, acknowledging what you want to do and what you don’t want to do, and even stating out loud to yourself how you feel, what it is that you want, and what it is that you are wanting to release.

You all assume that the other people in your lives are much more together than you are, and sometimes you base this on how much money they have, where they live, what type of job they have, their mate, and so on. None of that is going to compensate for what a person fears, what a person is ashamed of, and the judgments that a person holds.

Recognize that every one of you is in the same boat. You are all releasing. You are all letting go. You are all making room for higher frequency energies. Being open and honest with yourselves and others is paving the way for a brighter future for the entire collective. Be brave and be honest, and you will find that it is quite easy to clear away and to release that which no longer serves you.

We have been able to distinguish between subtle offerings of vibration from your energy fields, and we can sense that the way in which you are vibrating is changing. It’s not just that the frequency is changing, which it also is. But you are becoming so multidimensional and multifaceted that you are beginning to synthesize different vibrations. You are shifting the quality of your vibrations, and this is coming as a reflection of all of the inner work that you’ve been doing.

As you integrate more parts of yourselves, you access more of your multidimensional nature, and the effects are palpable. They are demonstrated in your auras. They are demonstrated in the thoughts that you have access to, and you are demonstrating how far you are coming in your actions and in your compassion for others.

We are seeing this change as coming in the perfect timing, as you need more complex vibrations in order to connect with higher frequency beings. You need to have a broader range and to be able to distinguish between subtleties in vibrational quality.

So this is why we recommend that you feel what you are offering. As you feel for it, as you reach out into your energy field, you can know what we know. You can sense it in your fellow humans as well.

You are not the same human race that you were twenty, or ten, or even five years ago, and as we measure and chart your progress you can rest assured that the other beings in your galaxy are also measuring that progress. They can see how ready you are for further contact, and they can offer the help that they have to give you based on what they read in your energy fields.

Continue to work on yourselves. Seek to have as much fun as you can along the way, and remember that you are not alone in any of this. We are here. We are watching, and so are many other benevolent beings.
