Be Exactly Who You Are

Everyone doesn’t have to be the same. Most say, ”Well, it’s so much easier if we’re all the same.” And we say, it is not easier when you’re all the same; conformity is the thing that thwarts you most. That massive wanting to get you to conform – to all think the same way and want the same things – is what is causing the revolt that is happening within you.

You are determined to be freedom-seekers in a Mass Consciousness society that is determined to make you the same.

Outside Of Your Comfort Zone

“Oh, I couldn’t possibly do that!” you exclaim when someone asks you to step outside of your comfort zone.

If it would cause harm to self or others, then of course you would not want to do so.  But what of an act that would bring more love into the world—an act of service that might cause you to put yourself in front of others?

What are you afraid of?  Your fears are your greatest teachers.  Perhaps you do not trust yourself.  This is the opportunity to ask yourself why not.  Others trust you.  Go within and find there the strength and courage that are your birthright.  Find there the love that can move mountains—the love that is nudging you to move past your fears and serve.  It is time to step out.

Relax In Joy

“You are always encountering new evidence of your Divinity, of your true nature, but it doesn’t always stick. In other words, you don’t always get what is meant for you, and some of it goes over your head. Some of it bounces right off of you, while other bits and pieces just don’t make sense to your logical mind.

To maximize your effectiveness as receptors of energy and information, we suggest that you do the following: relax and spend time doing nothing at all, listen to your favorite music, take a bath, get outside, and do what you love, even if what you love is something that you do inside.

You want to give yourselves every possible opportunity to benefit from all the help you are getting, and we find that the two states that match receiving the best are the states of joy and the state of relaxation.  You don’t always have to be accomplishing something or figuring something out in order to have a better life or earn your way into the fifth dimension or Heaven.

Relax and take it easy on yourselves. Put things off that you don’t have to do today, and go easy on yourself for not crossing everything off of your list of things to do. Take regular breaks, and rely on inspiration and spontaneity to put you in the right place at the right time to maximize your effectiveness and the amount of time that you have to devote to certain projects.

Also, remember that help is always on the way, and sometimes that help is physical and other times it’s nonphysical, but if you really want to benefit from all that we are giving you, then follow our advice. We are also speaking for your guides here; we are speaking for your higher selves and all of your helpers when we give you this, because they know what we know, and we are always working with them to reach you in the best possible ways that we can.”

The Body’s Emotional Energy Centers

The Universe does not know if the vibration you are offering is because of what you are imagining, or because of what you are observing. In either case, it is responding.

Emotion is your guidance or your response to your vibration. Your emotion does not create. Emotion is your indicator of what you are already creating.

As you think, you vibrate. And it is your vibrational offering that equals your point of attraction. So, what you are thinking and what is coming back to you is always a vibrational match. The emotion (your Guidance System) is telling you what’s coming.

Your Suppressed Emotions

“Now, most people are not taking their emotions very seriously, and because they don’t take their emotions seriously enough, they are suppressing them. Those suppressed emotions become energy blockages. Those energy blockages put out a vibration to the universe, and those pessimistic thoughts come to you as thought forms. They come into your conscious awareness, and in that moment, you do have a choice.

You can agree with the pessimistic thought, or you can dismiss it. This is the beauty of meditation, because in meditation you learn how to dismiss all thoughts.

A lot of people attempt to meditate and assume that they are very bad at it, and therefore, it is just not for them because those thoughts just keep coming. But as long as you keep letting go of the thoughts that you don’t like and tuning in to something that is positive, you can change, and you will eventually not be able to hold on to that stuck energy, that energy blockage, because it will feel so much worse as you become more conscious, and you will do everything in your power to release it.”

Outer And Inner

You call it the outer world and that gives you the illusion that outer is somehow separate from inner.

What is the world? An experience in awareness. Is there an outer awareness and an inner awareness or simply one awareness?

You know the answer. Is there a difference between your awareness and that of another?

You may perceive it as such because that other appears to be outer to your inner, but you have already determined that outer and inner are only a matter of perception.

There is only one Mind to which you may rightfully give the name Awareness, and in doing so you can understand how it is possible to remain in Awareness of those who have died and commune with them.

They have simply passed … from outer to inner.
