After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.

So we want you to consider all of this because we want you to be prepared for the life that is out there, so to speak. You are part of a broader family of beings that you share genetic material with, that you are connected to energetically, that you have history with. These beings can provide you with much knowledge and can help to complete some of the pieces in yourselves that have always felt as though they were floating around, or foreign, or not quite fitting in.

Fluoride Adverse Affects on Our Bodies (and the pineal gland) from an Expert

Fluoride is a toxic industrial waste product, which may also be contaminated with lead, arsenic, radionucleotides, aluminum and other industrial contaminants. The fluoride added to municipal water supplies is not pharmaceutical grade.   The daily dose of fluoride recommended by the American Dental Association results in the same level of fluoride in your blood shown to cause an 8-point drop in IQ.

The Spiritual Importance of the Pineal Gland

The pineal gland is referred to as our “third eye.”  By the age of 12, it is calcified and hardened.  By adulthood, it has atrophied through lack of use. Fluoride is a toxin and accumulates in the pineal gland where it reeks havoc.  Fluoride is in rat poison and our toothpaste.  It is most healthy for us to eliminate fluoride and processed foods from our diet. Also, outdoor activities, eating less sugar can help to revitalize it.  More information and a toning exercise is given in the video below.
