The shifts that are occurring on your planet are going to increase in intensity.
Your ego mind would say no, this is too much, however these changes are not too much for your systems, for the tool of your heart. Your Heart sings in alliance to the light that is forging on your planet, and you need to follow your Heart, follow the true nature of your self through the path of your Heart. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have the ability to sense the slightest fluctuation in the Earth’s frequency. Sometimes the Earth’s frequency is affecting you, and sometimes you all are affecting the Earth’s frequency. When you download energy, light, codes, and information from the higher realms, and you ground it into the physical, you are affecting the Earth’s vibration.
You are the go-betweens. You are the conduits. You are the lightning rods that help Earth absorb all that she needs to absorb. You are not just on the receiving end and the beneficiaries of everything that is happening. You are also, in the choices that you make, helping the process along quite nicely. The Earth has recently benefitted from all of you absorbing the energies that were sent during your recent solstice event.
You took it in, you absorbed it, you grounded it, and now the Earth is benefitting, and she is very grateful for all that you have done. One of the reasons why it has been so important to the Earth is because the Earth needed the energies to move through your unique filters as a way of buffering that energy. The Earth, like all of you who are receiving this message, is a very sensitive being.
Believe it or not, all of you who inhabit her are doing a tremendous job of being those buffers to help take the energy that you receive, move it through you, move it through your chakras, and then make it available to the Earth for her absorption. This has been a tremendous time of awakening, healing, and evolution for all of you. These past few days have taken you many steps beyond where you were before the solstice.
And we are proud to say that we witnessed it all like proud parents and grandparents. We are always here cheering you on, and we are very excited about what you and your Mother Earth are going to do next.

“If you meditate on open unclouded sky, suddenly you will feel that the mind is disappearing, the mind is dropping away. There will be gaps. Suddenly you will become aware that it is as if the clear sky has entered in you also. There will be intervals. For a time being, thoughts will cease – as if the traffic has ceased and there is no one moving. In the beginning it will be only for moments, but even those moments are transforming. By and by the mind will slow down, bigger gaps will appear. For minutes together there will be no thought, no cloud.
To meditate on the sky is beautiful. Just lie down so you forget the earth; just lie down on your back on any lonely beach, on any ground, and just look at the sky. But a clear sky will be helpful – unclouded, endless. And just looking, staring at the sky, feel the clarity of it – the uncloudedness, the boundless expanse – and then enter that clarity, become one with it. Feel as if you have become the sky, the space.
But if it is not summer what will you do? If the sky is clouded, not clear, then close your eyes and just enter the inner sky. Just close your eyes, and if you see some thoughts, just see them as if they are floating clouds in the sky. Be aware of the background, the sky, and be indifferent to thoughts.
We are too much concerned with thoughts and never aware of the gaps. One thought passes, and before another enters there is a gap – in that gap the sky is there. Then, whenever there is no thought, what is there? The emptiness is there. So if the sky is clouded – it is not summertime and the sky is not clear – close your eyes, focus your mind on the background, the inner sky in which thoughts come and go. Don’t pay much attention to thoughts; pay attention to the space in which they move. Then the summer sky happens within.”
