Forgive Yourself First
“Want Abundance? It’s Vital to Receive” with Ron Baker
“People are typically afraid to receive. It could not be more important. There are so many things to say about it. From hundreds of years ago, the statement said, ‘It is better to give than to receive.’ However we need to be able to receive for a healthy balance in life.” Learn more by listening to Ron Baker’s video.
I Will Not Be Anxious
The Truth Is …
Matt Kahn – People That Hurt You
“Can you imagine the person who hurt you the most? Instead of focusing on their unsavory behavior, are you able to notice how deeply in pain someone must be in order to have treated you in such a way? Are you able to shift from “why did this happen to me?” to “I acknowledge the pain of those who hurt others”, as a way of transforming victimhood through the light of empowerment? The first step of forgiveness isn’t necessarily a willingness to forgive, but adjusting your attention to see how deeply others are hurting.
Through the laws of Unity Consciousness, may you discover how acknowledging the pain in anyone who harmed you — invites deeper healing into your life as well. You certainly don’t have to be best friends with any attacker, and yet, each breath invites you to see how begrudging, judging, or shaming those who hurt you only increases the likelihood that others will be hurt. In order to spare others of the hardships each of us were so blessed to survive, the grace of forgiveness begins with surrendering the fuel we often douse on the flames of conflict, by noticing the pain of others instead of despising how we were treated.
As always, you don’t have to hate an enemy, in order to love the one who was wronged. One “I love you” at a time, your attention is more focused on embracing the one who was hurt, which equally sends healing blessings to free each being of pain, so that no one else may be harmed in response to the ongoing growth and expansion of life’s eternal journey. This is today’s invitation.”
See Everyone In The Light
“The cheapest way to feel good about yourself is by feeling superior to others. From this dark seed grows every manner of judgment. Getting out of judgment is vital, and to plant that seed, you have to stop dividing others into categories of good and bad. Everyone lives in the same light. A simple formula may help here, When you are tempted to judge another person, no matter how obviously they deserve it, remind yourself that everyone is doing the best he/she can from his own level of consciousness.”

Include The Good
A Wonderful World
“Use whatever excuse you can to vibrate in harmony with those things you’ve been saying you want. And when you do, those things that are a vibrational equivalent flow into your experience in abundance. Not because you deserve it, not because you’ve earned it, but because it’s the natural consequence of the Law of Attraction. That which is like unto itself is drawn.”
