Trust Feelings More Than Words

If you feel drawn to someone, but you are annoyed because you think that they are telling you some lies, try to look beyond the lies and try to focus upon the feeling. People offer all kinds of words for all kinds of different reasons. Most lies are offered to try to keep things in alignment.

We’re not encouraging it, but the motive behind lying is usually a pretty honorable motive. In other words, when a child lies to their parents, it’s usually because they want to be free to do what they want to do, and they don’t want their parents to be upset about it.    It’s about wanting an alignment.

Physical ears have a hard time hearing this. You keep talking about “We need to be honest.” And we say, we don’t meet any of you who are honest. Even those who claim to be the most virtuous, are not honest, but your vibration always is. We would trust the feeling more than the words.

It Is A New Day

Awake refreshed and renewed, expecting the very best from the glorious day and therefore receiving only the very best. Relax and let Me take over. Never start the day strained and full of tension. Sleep and rest renew the Spirit and revitalize it. Start the day off on the right foot with a heart full of love and gratitude, full of great expectations for the new day.

Today has no blemishes on it to mark it, so why not keep it that way? Keep your consciousness raised to the highest and see the most wonderful happenings unfold this day. It is a new day and a new way. Leave yesterday behind with all its faults and failings, and turn over a new page. Why drag the old behind you into this new day? By all means learn your lessons, but why dwell so much on those lessons that they drag you down so that you cannot enter the new with a light and joyous heart?

Getting Through Life’s Challenges

When life throws a curveball, it’s tempting to pretend everything’s fine or to wish things were different. But acknowledging the reality of your situation can actually be liberating. It’s okay to feel what you’re feeling—it’s part of being human. Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up; it’s more like standing firm in the present so you can figure out what to do next.
Next, let’s shift our attention from the problem itself to the possibilities ahead.
It can be so easy to get lost in the maze of ‘why is this happening?’ Instead, try to channel that energy into brainstorming solutions. If one approach doesn’t pan out, consider it a stepping stone rather than a setback. Sometimes the path isn’t straight, and that’s perfectly fine.
And remember, no one has to go it alone. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but it’s often a game-changer. Whether it’s chatting with a friend over coffee or seeking professional/spiritual guidance, sharing your thoughts can lighten the load. There’s something comforting about knowing you’re not alone in this.

Don’t underestimate the power of self-care, either. It’s easy to neglect your well-being when times are tough, but nurturing yourself is essential. Whether it’s hitting the gym, losing yourself in a good book, or simply taking a shower and preparing yourself some good wholesome food, these moments can recharge your spirit and give you clarity.

Finally, think of each challenge as a teacher. It might not feel like it at the moment, but there’s always something to take away from tough times. Take a moment to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown. This understanding can only strengthen you for whatever life throws your way next.”

Be Good To Yourself

“Self-love is the ability to be good to yourself, no matter who isn’t good to you. As your self-worth elevates by treating your heart to the friendship, support, honor, and validation you deserve, you become less resonant with those who say one thing and do another, make promises only to break them on a regular basis, or take their unprocessed pain out on you.

When self-love is active, you are able to honor anyone’s potential, while not placing yourself in toxic partnerships, from a standpoint of ‘what if’. In self-love, you are able to have a point of view, establish healthy boundaries, and utilize the power of your voice — all from the graceful power of an open heart. In self-love, you don’t need the agreement of others to be set free.

Instead, you just need time and space to align with your true essence, cheering, cherishing, and accepting your way into an unwavering depth of clarity, confidence, and inspired action that only your love can activate in you. In time, other members of your soul tribe will appear. What often calls them forward into your reality is how consistently you are willing to emotionally support yourself.

This is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less. Not just as a modality in response to emotional triggers, but as an embodied living practice that becomes as essential to your soul as your breath is for the body. And, when knowing how each ‘I love you’ simultaneously sends blessings to every heart on a quantum level, you come to realize the most direct way to heal yourself and transform the planet occurs within the same heart-centered space.”

Overcoming Intense Trauma

“Every event that happens in our lives serves a purpose for us to understand that we are the constant creators of the energetic patterns that become our life experiences. Based on how well we can open our awareness to the radiance of our heart and align with it, we can know how our lives will play out.

Trauma instills self-destructive, negative, subconscious alignment, and an intensely traumatic experience leaves a deep emotional wound in our psyche. At some point, we must face and resolve it. The path to resolution is through acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, and love.

If we completely miss this connection, our heart will still continue to love us and fill us with conscious life-force, regardless of our vibratory level or polarity. If we ignore our inner guidance, it becomes outer guidance, asking for our attention and diverting energy that is misaligned. If we continue to be intentionally ignorant, our life starts to hurt, and we diminish our life force by contracting in fear.

To heal ourselves, we must go beyond the body in our perspective. If we can follow this path in our imagination, we can practice imagining and envisioning ourselves meditating within the realm beyond our current reality, and we can recognize our presence of awareness beyond space and time. If we allow ourselves to follow this thread in a meditative state, we may be able to find our inner light.

Our awareness can expand beyond our negative trance of trauma crisis and transform into a higher-dimensional state of being, leading to the dissolution of fear in the presence of joy. This is where healing occurs, and we have a new perspective that is more in alignment with the life-enhancing intent of our conscious life force.

As we expand our internal sensitivity, we become more aware of the loving qualities of all the energies around us. In our understanding, we can imagine the consequences of our personal vibratory patterns, and we can choose the ones we want to experience.

This is how we can create a new world of positive polarity and beauty.”
