The Law Of Belief

“The Law of Belief is the Universal Law defining Human Behavior based on responses to the situations they give. The Law states that it’s a human tendency to react based on preconceived notions developed over a period, rather than the factual information on the table.

Even though he might have some facts on hand, his first reaction will be based on his beliefs only, which he has imbibed from the culture he was brought up in.

Belief is a mix of fact and fictitious perspectives about life. We do not believe what we see and what is lying in front of us. Instead, we believe what we have decided to believe. In other words, we as humans develop a belief system based on the environment we are born and brought up in. If a person has grown up in a Negative, Stressed Environment, his mindset will be Negative and Stressed only. He will become Pessimistic. On the other hand, if a person was raised in a Positive and Happy Environment, he will see life with a Positive mindset. He will become optimistic.

Joseph Murphy, the author of the book Power of the Subconscious Mind, has said that the Law of Life is the Law of Belief. He says that our Subconscious Mind cannot differentiate between Imagination and Reality. It can only take commands and cannot think on its own about what is Good and what is Bad. If someone is fighting through Procrastination, Fear, and Anxiety, then it’s the result of only the Self-Limiting Belief that person is giving to his Subconscious mind. Therefore, it is always necessary that we feed only positive information in and give only positive commands to our Subconscious Mind.”

Gregg Braden says, “Ask yourself.  What about this situation causes me fear?  We owe it to ourselves to examine our beliefs.  Most people are afraid of losing our selves to something we don’t understand.  The better we know ourselves, the less we fear other people or our own power. Most people are afraid to allow our selves to imagine what’s possible.  We have been taught to fear our own power.  Just be the best version of yourself.”  Listen to Gregg Braden’s videos for more.

The Universal Law of Gestation Or Divine Timing

The Law Of Divine Timing depends on the ‘Gestation’ of your own spiritual evolution.  Achieving this, God’s timing will bring your desires into your life.  But first, you must cultivate awareness, attain the acceptance of what is and what will be, show self-responsibility, take action, witness momentum when things start moving, and see the transmutation (change).

An article in BrainZ magazine says, “Transformation, evolution, and change aren’t linear, and we are constantly cycling through these stages. For the purpose of explanation, we choose a starting point. We begin with awareness. In awareness, we are often caught in confusion or curiosity. We’ve recognized that there is something we’d like to change, something we’re not in love with in our lives, or there’s potentially something new we’d like to experience.  When we’re in awareness, we realize that there is something we want that we don’t have, and we come into this stage of acceptance.”

Life has not brought us what we want YET.  (However, we’ve developed the beginning awareness and we are open to this potential change happening.)  Our new awareness brings us the knowledge that we are where we are because of our misuse or lack of self-responsibility.  Perhaps we need to study our inner child with healing.  Do we have shadow inner beliefs at work? With those realizations, we take new, different actions. We may see amazing results coming with our variation to our usual behavior.

We are aware of new creative powers.  Changes in ourselves help make divine timing start to happen!

IF your Divine Timing Event depends on the Divine Timing of another Soul, then just believe that the Universe/Creator knows this and will orchestrate your results.

Caring For Our Pain

“When you have pain within you, the first thing to do is to bring the energy of mindfulness to embrace the pain.  ‘I know that you are there, little anger, my old friend.  Breathe — I am taking care of you now.’

So every time you have an energy that needs to be transformed, like jealousy or fear, do something to care for this energy, for this negative energy, if you do not want this energy to destroy you.  Touch the seed of mindfulness, and then all of its energy will be able to establish itself in your (inner) ‘living room,’ like a mother tenderly embracing your pain.  With that energy of mindfulness, you are doing the true practice of meditation with regard to your pain, your emotions.  If you are able to maintain mindfulness for five or ten minutes, you will experience some relief right away.

It is necessary for mindfulness to be there to play the role of mother, of big sister.  If you are able to keep this up, the result could be there, maybe, in three or four minutes.  You breathe and you concentrate solely on breathing, ‘Breathing in — I know that I am breathing in; breathing out– I know that I am breathing out.’

After a minute or two, you practice this way: ‘Breathing in — I know that I am angry; breathing out– I know that the anger is still in me.’  Ten minutes later, you will feel better.  It is a sure thing, on condition that the energy of mindfulness is really there; and if you keep it up, concentration– and not only concentration but also deep looking– will also be there.

You will be able to look deeply at the true nature of your anger.  This discovery, this understanding, this wisdom, will liberate you from your pain.”

True Love, Thich Nhat Hanh, P. 55-58.

The Purpose Of Pain

“Have you wondered as to the purpose of pain? Perhaps you feel depressed or out of sorts and wonder why this is as it is. Maybe you’ve searched to find healing methods or alternative modalities that will restore your life to a state of wholeness. Sometimes you succeed yet at other times, you fall victim to illness and disease. Each resulting consequence takes you either closer to a carefree existence or to an existence complicated by such maladies. Do you push back on what life has to offer? Do you demand it to be without one thing or another?

Searching out solutions to new aches and pains often produces detours within an otherwise structured life. We understand that certain things are added for a purpose. They are implemented to redirect you back to the things you undertook to experience once upon a time in this life. Did you ever see pain or disease through this lens of understanding? Yet, when such issues arise, a re-evaluation must occur because you have to search for solutions to these new aches and pains.

You have to change things up and sometimes even evaluate alternatives to lifestyles and eating habits. Were you to see a benefit in everything that happens to you, could you sleuth out any benefits here? How might a course correction occur without the addition of an illness or disease? Would you even consider making changes to your routine without pushing against what is?  Do you see through those lesser thoughts and suppressed emotions you are becoming energetically misaligned internally? Release what doesn’t serve you and no longer harbor such energy within.

In other words, pain and disease are engaged when you are not seeing what you need to see. If you could see these things without pain – would pain ever be? Can you look again to find what you may have missed before? What do they allow you to see that you did not see before their introduction? After doing some soul-searching, how might you get back on course?

Perhaps you could take charge of your thoughts. Take charge by redirecting those errant ideas when you need to do so. Move thoughts away from what you don’t want and into those better-feeling ones that make you happy. Move toward a space of comfort and joy. Move troublesome scenarios from your mind and change your focus to happier topics.  Know life is but a series of choices. You can listen and engage insights and new understandings or choose yet another path.

Choose all that moves you into a state of better alignment. This will enable Universal flow to orchestrate what may be amiss. Seek to have the Universe work on your behalf in tandem with what you seek. Do so when you set the stage to enable more to be.”
