To fall back in love with a heart-centeredness that cannot be broken by any degree of hurt. For when feeling broken is apparent, it is merely the breaking down of walls that have kept us separate from a timeless loving truth that is always alive and well.
No matter how this autumn season has begun its initial greeting, may it be a time to fall back in love and return home to the safety and serenity of an open heart—for ourselves, our loved ones, and humanity as a whole. May we fall back in love and may it begin with this breath right now.

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and
forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent.
