Forgive Others To Free Yourself

“Forgiveness is not always easy, but without forgiveness, we cannot make spiritual progress.  When we refuse to forgive a friend or a supposed enemy who has wronged us, even if he wrongs us again and again, we tie ourselves not only to that person but to his anger.  Therefore, we are not truly free until we resolve the anger and balance the karma.

There may be times when we feel we cannot forgive someone because we believe the crime they committed against us or a loved one has been too great.  In a situation like this, God has taught me that we should forgive the soul and ask God to bind the not-self of the person that caused him to commit the crime. No matter how bad a person’s deeds are, we should always forgive the soul, thereby avoiding a karmic entanglement.  Hatred binds; love frees.

Spiritually speaking, each time we don’t forgive someone, we are putting a barrier between ourselves and another part of God.  And sometimes the most important person you have to forgive is yourself.”

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
