How To Better Progress Spiritually

As we awaken and begin to become deliberate, conscious creators of our reality, we begin to focus our conscious intention and attention in a way that better sustains us on our path of spiritual growth and personal mastery.

Sometimes we have the unconscious intentions of just avoiding suffering or discomfort.  We are often triggered to react to life rather than letting life bring us conscious benefits.  Unconscious intentions keep us in an unaware state.  We should stop and examine our inner focus. This thought process is called mindfulness. Getting insights into our “knee jerk” reactions can bring those unconscious intentions into the light of awareness for change.

With this new awareness, we get valuable knowledge into the nature of our suffering.  Our previously unconscious intentions are then held in an enlightened state.  Becoming aware of our triggers and unconscious needs helps us to avoid going through difficult experiences again and again.

Higher states of freedom come to us when we seek to become conscious of our unconscious thoughts. With aware attention to them, we can break free of their limiting grasp. We then begin to think newer, healthier thoughts which create a deliberate life of positive spiritual progress.

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
