“What is awakening?
Most of us go our entire lives feeling like something ain’t right. Like there is something that we are missing. The ups and downs of life seem to be relentless and unforgiving. Life tends to drag us around like a rag doll and we have no sense of figuring out why.
At first it is common and makes sense to play the blame card because it seems like everything isn’t working. It’s easier to point at something and say it isn’t working right in hopes that someone else fixes it. Eventually we come to our senses that no one will fix anything faster than ourselves.
Typically this is when we hit rock bottom and feel a sense of being defeated by life. The one within you that feels defeated is the one causing all the strife to begin with. Inside us we have a parasite of sorts that has hijacked our form and convinced to live life by running from our fears and staying away from our weaknesses. This movement we call our ego is only happy when it has us seeking something. What better way to keep us seeking for something our whole lives than to convince us that we need something in order to be whole.
This is so far from the truth. We were born with all that is needed to be a fulfilled whole human being. We have fallen into the illusion that we are broken and need to improve or we will fall short.
I’m not saying to not strive for excellence but when excellence is required for a sense of well being we have the cart before the horse.
You are excellence itself.
You are love itself.
You are knowing itself.
You are life itself.
Trust yourself and your experience. It has gotten you this far and it will continue to guide and pave the way.
It’s up to you to trust that life has your back instead of you have life’s back. Source doesn’t need you to improve the world from a sense of it not being enough but to bless it with your grace.
Live from the place that all is well and things are always falling into place, especially in moments that it seems not to be so. This is how you become a master alchemist.”
