The Spiritual Law of One

The Spiritual Law of One encourages us to accept ourselves, everyone and everything exactly as they are  –  without judgement.  This includes the ‘self.’

On the Earth-plane we experience dark and light, positive and negative.  This is an example of the duality which comes through the free-will which we also experience on the Earth-plane.  Beyond the fifth-dimension there is only ‘light.’  Duality is a learning experience in order to expand our ‘light.’

When we live with the Spiritual Law of One, we create bonds and bridges with others by looking for the commonality within one another.  Within the Spiritual Law of One, just as we are here on the Earth-plane in order to experience and learn, so are all animals, insects, plants and trees.

All creatures and beings are learning and evolving.  As humans we are entitled to our own ‘space’, just as animals are entitled to their territories.

The Spiritual Law of One tells us to always act with harmlessness.

When we understand the Spiritual Law of One, we accept our own Divinity, and we begin to listen to our intuition and actively become co-creators in our own lives.  www.bodysoulmind.net

Cultivating A Good Heart

“His Holiness the Dalai Lama again and again talks about cultivating a good heart and this is what we are trying to do here. We are trying to cultivate the good heart. So therefore, we should try to associate as much as possible with people who are good-hearted. Because then that reminds us. When we’re not feeling so very good hearted, we recognize that these good friends would not have acted like that. Then we can improve ourselves again.

This is about changing and improving.  So we have to encourage ourselves and one of the ways is to be surrounded as much as possible, – or at least associate with whenever possible – with people who exemplify what we are trying to aim for. To remind us that’s how it can be. It is very helpful to be with people who value the things we value and are sincerely striving towards overcoming their negative qualities and cultivating the positive qualities. Especially to associate as much as possible with those who are much further along the path than we ourselves are. This will be a big inspiration for us all.”

Diane Perry was ordained in 1964 as a Buddhist nun.

“In February 2008 Tenzin Palmo was given the rare title of Jetsunma, which means Venerable Master, by His Holiness the 12th Gyalwang Drukpa, Head of the Drukpa Kagyu lineage in recognition of her spiritual achievements as a nun and her efforts in promoting the status of female practitioners in Tibetan Buddhism.”

Making a Decision

“Make a decision and then make it right. There just are no wrong decisions. You could go this way, or that way, and either way will eventually get you to where you want to be. But in the moment you start complimenting yourself on the decision you’ve made, in that moment, you come back into vibrational alignment with who-you-really-are.”

The Spiritual Law Of Request

“The Law of Request is simple and exact.  If you want help you need to ask for it.

When you ask, you are ready to receive. The clearer you are about what you want, the easier it is for the Universe to answer your call to its fullest extent.

The Spiritual Law of Request teaches us that when our souls are ready, we are to ‘ask’ for what we want and need, with clear intention.

As humans, when we are faced with a difficult situation, circumstance or experience, it is our opportunity to learn and overcome it.  It teaches us new skills and we learn from it.  It is then a ‘life lesson’ we have passed and achieved.  This is our souls’ responsibility.

Within the spiritual realm, our angels, spirit guides and/or higher beings are unable to interfere with our free will.  We are to make our decisions and choices for ourselves for our own souls’ leaning and spiritual growth.  It is up to us to learn from our own life experiences, whatever they may be.

When walking the spiritual path, one must go within to find answers;  for as soon as we are ready to know something, the answer will appear.  All we need to do is ask our inner-selves, as when we are aligned with the Universe, our answers are given.

The Universe is waiting to help.  We need to be clear about what we want to know or be helped with, then all we need to do is ASK.

This is the Spiritual Law of Request,”  www.bodysoulmind.net

Matt Kahn On Patience

“The deepest insights that can be revealed throughout a spiritual journey are not necessarily abstract or esoteric in nature. It merely requires your time, attention, and interest to allow its most potent offerings to be uncovered when not attempting to understand too quickly or become frustrated whenever confusion arises.

Just as one who is hungry cannot plant a seed in hopes of harvesting food a few moments later, a spiritual being must develop an unwavering depth of patience to allow the inner seeds that have been planted to bear the fruits of insight over a period of time. If something doesn’t immediately click – allow it to stir and grow within you. It may not be a matter of what you are meant to understand from an insight, but who you are meant to become as a result of receiving such truths.

Perhaps even dare to put aside the need to ask others for their view or interpretation and simply allow the wisdom you were destined to encounter to transform you from the inside out. Often times, when such inner transformation occurs, the ego’s experience is “huh?” and once such transformation is complete each “huh?” or “what?” becomes a resounding “aha!” or “now I get it!”. If you give the deepest wisdom of the Universe the gift of your time, it will transform you. This is today’s invitation.”

Criticizing Others

“If you criticize others judgmentally, rather than simply commenting on their behavior impartially, that shows that you have their faults to work on in yourself.

By criticizing others, moreover, you increase those faults in yourself. What you condemn in others, you will have to experience, someday, yourself. That is the karmic law. In that way, people are taught compassion.” – Paramhansa Yogananda

Look For People Who Have Other Thoughts

“The most magnificent Creators don’t want to get together with people who think just like they do. They’re looking for people who have other thoughts, because out of the contradiction, comes ideas that could not be born out of sameness.

Your relationships will be ultimately more if you’re not identical twins just ‘yessing, yessing, yessing’ to everything that the other one is about.”          Abraham Hicks, 1999

Laughter Is The Best Medicine

“Laughter is the best medicine, yes, after a large dose of love.  Seeing the humor in a situation means you have risen above it.  When you can laugh at yourself, even if wryly, you have noticed the drama.

All is temporary in your world, save one thing—the part of you that never changes, the part of you that witnesses the drama from that higher perspective.  Yes, of course we know there are serious situations in your world that are not laughable.  We are speaking today of the mundane—the ordinary moments that add up to a lifetime.  When you can find the humor in the mundane, then you are well on the road to peace.” suzannegiesemann.com
