“’What’s in it for me?’ This is a common human wondrance. Do you like that word? You rarely ask the question aloud. Instead of an utterance, it is a wondrance, for you wonder it frequently, if not subconsciously. What if instead of wondering, ‘What’s in it for me?’ you were to wonder, ‘What’s in it for we?’ Then it would, indeed, be a wondrous wondrance, for your world would change drastically. You would see people taking the focus off of me and focusing instead on cooperation and kindness far more than they do now in their ignorance that at the fundamental level there is only one ‘I’ fragmented into billions of projections. We is me and me is we. Think about that for a while, and you may find yourself become far more conscio-US.” suzannegiesemann.com

Giving Others Too Much Power
“You see, you’re giving others too much power as you even acknowledge how they make you feel. What you’ve got to decide is how I’m going to feel. We would go to a Virtual Reality and we would practice feeling good. Manifestations come on the heels of what you’ve conjured in thought.”

Live Fully In The Ever Present NOW
When You Question Why You Are Here – Dr. Wayne Dyer
“When you’re awake enough to question your purpose and ask how to connect to it, you’re being prodded by the power of intention. The very act of questioning why you’re here is an indication that your thoughts are nudging you to reconnect to the field of intention. What’s the source of your thoughts about your purpose? Why do you want to feel purposeful? Why is a sense of purpose considered the highest attribute of a fully functioning person? The source of thought is an infinite reservoir of energy and intelligence.
In a sense, thoughts about your purpose are really your purpose trying to reconnect to you. This infinite reservoir of loving, kind, creative, abundant energy grew out of the originating intelligence, and is stimulating you to express this universal mind in your own unique way.
Your inner ‘beingness’ knows why you’re here, but your ego prods you to chase after money, prestige, popularity, and sensory pleasures and miss the purpose of living. You may feel sated and gain a reputation, but inside there’s that gnawing feeling typified by the old Peggy Lee song “Is That All There Is?” Focusing on the demands of the ego leaves you feeling unfulfilled.
Deep within you, at the level of your being, is what you were intended to become, to accomplish, and to be. In that inner placeless place, you’re connected to the power of intention. It will find you. Make a conscious effort to contact it and listen. Practice being what you are at the source of your soul. Go to your soul level, where intention and purpose fit together so perfectly that you achieve the epiphany of simply knowing this is it.”

6 Sacred Truths To Remember When You’re Feeling Lost
“If there’s one thing I know about life, it’s that from time to time we all tend to feel a little bit lost. Whether it’s feeling lost in your career, in your relationships, or in finding your true calling, feeling lost is, in a way, a rite of passage. Unfortunately, this rite of passage is often accompanied by a fair share of difficulty, doubt, and the fear of never making it to the other side.
If you’re feeling a bit lost right now, there are a few things to remember that will help ease the discomfort you may be feeling.
Feeling lost has a tendency to blind us to the true power of who we are at our very core. Many times, our circumstances draw us in so much that we forget we have the power to be, have, and do whatever we choose. Being a creator means we have the ability to shift our focus from being “lost” to looking for and seeing infinite possibilities before us. There is nothing that is out of reach. There is nothing that you can’t achieve, and all of that power lies within the focus of your thoughts. When you shift your thoughts, you transform your life.
2. Things are working out for you.
While it can be hard to believe right now, it’s true. Things are always working out for you, and the moment you acknowledge that as truth, you will begin to see amazing shifts in your life. Most people don’t understand this truth because they can’t fathom how being lost in the world can be a form of things “working out.” You must remember that as human beings we have a limited view of our lives. We tend to see things as “good” or “bad,” and we miss out on the incredible blessings that can unfold from even the darkest of times. Rest assured that while you may not realize how right now, things are indeed working out for you. That’s a Universal promise and a divine truth you knew coming into this life. Your job now is simply to remember.
3. Lost leads to breakthroughs.
Some of our most powerful life lessons come from moving through tough situations, and feeling lost is no different. In fact, feeling lost can be the best thing that’s ever happened to you. Feeling lost in your job might lead you to finally start the soulful business you’ve always wanted. Feeling lost in your relationship might lead you to find the partner of your dreams. The key is to remember that “lost” isn’t your final destination, unless of course you choose for it to be. See it for what it is, a journey into knowing more about who you are and what you desire. And then revel in the breakthroughs that are coming your way.
4. Everything can change (for the better) in an instant.
If you’ve felt lost for a while, you may feel like the transformation you are waiting for may never come… and if it does, it’s going to take a long time. The truth is, everything can (and will) change for the better the moment you decide it is possible. The speed with which you travel along your transformational journey is directly related to your beliefs about it. If you believe it will be a long and painful road, it will be. You have a choice, and that choice lies in what you believe to be true about yourself, the world, and how quickly you get to the other side. Do you believe your path can be easy? The choice is yours.
5. Transformation is an inside job.
As a recovering over-doer (a.k.a. control freak), I understand the appeal of forcing things in order to create the life you desire. But at some point, you have to accept that transformation is an inside job. The journey from being lost to falling head over heels in love with your life begins by taking a look at what lies inside of you. What is it that you need to release in order to move forward into the future you’ve always wanted? What beliefs do you need to transform? All of these questions invite you to begin the process of exploring your inner landscape of thoughts and beliefs that will ultimately open the door to your next step. When you do the “inside” work, the action takes care of itself.
While it may feel as though you are traveling this road alone, know that it doesn’t have to be that way. The Universe is always guiding you to the next step on your journey. In fact, it may have led you here so you could read these very words. Stay open to the signs along the way, they are divine messages sent to support and guide you forward. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from the Universe, and know that there are infinite resources available to you at any given moment. Your job is simply to be open and trust the guidance you receive.”

Transform Your Life By Changing Your Thoughts
“You could stand here sick with ten illnesses today, and tomorrow have no evidence of any of them. Your body has the ability to replenish itself that fast. But most of you do not have the ability to change your thoughts that fast.
So the amount of time that it takes between sickness and wellness is only the amount of time that it takes for me to figure out how to let it in — for me to figure out how to feel good, when I’m looking at something that makes me feel bad.”
