Emotional triggers can teach you what in yourself you need to understand, forgive and heal. Release the feelings with several strong out breaths! Notice your reaction silently and let your feelings subside on their own. Meditate on your feelings as to why they were triggered … to understand them. Doing this will help make them disappear.
