How To Grow From Emotional Triggers

Emotional triggers can teach you what in yourself you need to understand, forgive and heal. Release the feelings with several strong out breaths!  Notice your reaction silently and let your feelings subside on their own.  Meditate on your feelings as to why they were triggered … to understand them.  Doing this will help make them disappear.

Continue to move into life’s journey, knowing that you have faced this about yourself.  You have learned more self-love from this now healed wound!

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website.
