Buried Treasure

“Sometimes in the darkest of places we can find the brightest of things.

When we shine a Light into the darkness, we may find a treasure waiting there, long buried and forgotten.

If we dare to go deep into the caverns of our own mind, we’ll come across our hidden shadows. And if we have the courage to go deep enough, chances are the shadows are seeking only to be seen and brought into the Light.

Once in the Light, we see them for what they are – pieces of us that fell into the abyss and lay there in waiting for their savior. We recognize them as our hurts, our fears, and our transgressions, and we long to hold them. We shall be their savior.

Cradling them in our arms, as we would a lost and frightened child, we lift them into the Light.

And wrapped in a blanket of compassion and forgiveness, we Love ourselves into remembrance of our wholeness. And there is the treasure.”

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
