“Many of us have been talking about a spiritual awakening and now we’re doing it collectively; at least those of us who are willing to question our old beliefs, habits, social conditioning, do the inner healing and allow our feelings to flow naturally.
In order to ‘awaken’ we must face our shadows, that energy we buried ‘below’ and most often we go through a ‘Dark night of the soul.’ Right now we’re being ‘forced’ to see, what has been buried in you and me, the fear, the anxiety, the repressed traumas, hurts and pains we experienced along the way.
Unprocessed emotions don’t go away, they get stored in our bodies and dictate our subconscious programming, which creates our reality. It can lower our immune system, create anxiety and depression and lead us to decisions that are NOT in alignment with our true essence.
We can try to run and hide, but what’s in our subconscious mind will be shown to us in our experiences with ourselves, others and our lives.
Right now there are a lot of people helping others in dealing/coping with the fear and anxiety that’s happening in our reality and that’s great to feel better, but what about allowing ourselves to feel however we’re feeling, this IS self LOVEing.
We wouldn’t be so afraid to feel how we’re feeling today if we weren’t told as little beings what feelings are and aren’t acceptable to our family. A feeling is just that, a feeling, it’s energy that’s moving through our body, they’re meant to flow naturally.
The more we get in the way and try to control how we feel today, the more we create self sabotage, self hate and an internal debate.
What if, just for today, you allowed yourself to feel however you’re feeling? What if you let go of trying to control with thinking a better thought and trying to escape the inner pain and instead you embraced yourself with compassion and LOVEing.
What if you knew, your feelings were your inner child speaking to you, showing you where you have some ’emotional glue’ of unresolved trauma, pain or issues where the energy got stuck in you? And you allowed yourself to feel into that space in your body with unconditional acceptance and LOVEing.
What if you lovingly accepted a feeling of not being good enough or unworthy and instead of trying to change it with an affirmation, you brought LOVE to that part and how it’s feeling?
Why? Because resistance to a feeling just keeps it stuck internally, saying an affirmation with a new ‘dictation’ doesn’t change the ‘inner debating.’ With unconditional LOVEing acceptance, it allows a deeper integration, release of the energy and allows you to feel at ease in your body.
It’s time to BE set FREE and live in our souls LOVEing energy. The process may not be easy, but it’s soooooo fricken worth it! YOU, my LOVES, are worth it.
