“The truth is that everything is One. We instinctively know this to be our true nature. So, in order to perpetuate the experience that we are separate, negative beliefs must, in effect, ‘lie’ to us to perpetuate the illusion of separation.
Negative simply means that such beliefs act to create the experience of separation, disconnection, isolation, and falseness in the form of illusion.

Positive beliefs reinforce connection, integration, and alignment with our essential selves in a way that allows us to become more aware of the truth of our oneness.

If we allow ourselves to feel the fear and keep searching in spite of it because we KNOW that the picture being painted by the negative belief is false, then we can cross the threshold and expose the ‘smoke and mirrors’ that the belief is using to convince us of a lie.
In fact, the reason negative beliefs have to work so hard to convince us to buy what they’re selling is because it is a lie. Positive beliefs don’t need to work anywhere near as hard because thy reflect the truth: that we are worthy, deserving, and lovable.

Thus, if we can remember that all circumstances, regardless of their causes, are fundamentally neutral and without any built-in meaning, then we can choose to know that there can be a positive meaning for why we’re experiencing that particular circumstance and that the meaning and definition we assign to it will determine how it affects our lives.
This doesn’t mean that we assume all acts are positive. We’re all capable of neutrally observing that something may have been created from negative intentions.
But if we choose to believe that it’s in our lives for a positive reason, then we can transform any negative effects into positive ones, at least for ourselves if not for the others involved in the same circumstance.”
