You are never given more than you can handle, but sometimes you take on more than is recommended.
You understand the feeling of being overwhelmed. There is a reason you feel this way. You are out of alignment with your true nature.
You do not have to say yes to everything. To whom do you answer? To the Voice within that is peaceful or to ego, the one who only knows more, more, more?
If you are juggling too many things, ask the Still, Small Voice what to give up and then continue to ask for guidance. This simple shift in allegiance will turn out to be the shift you have been looking for.

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and
forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website.
