Release That Which Is Heavy

September 25, 2025

“You don’t have to fix everything that has ever gone wrong in your experience of this lifetime, or any other lifetime of yours, in order to move forward as the whole and complete version of yourself that you have truly always been. You are empowering yourselves by what you are letting go of as you release that which is heavy, that which is dark, that which does not serve you. You are meant to lighten your load and to lighten up. You are meant to hold more light in your bodies. You do not have to start from scratch, so to speak, and that is because who and what you are is already perfect.

You are enormous beings of love and light, and it is time for you to own that and to live according to that knowing. You do not have to unpack all of your traumas and go on a journey of releasing all of those stuck energies, unless they are coming up for you in the now moment.

You can trust the now moment, and you can see the now moment as being perfect and filled with every opportunity that you need to have. You are moving forward from the now moment and expanding out in all directions, and you are doing that no matter what has happened in your past.  You are the perfect person to spread more light around to those who are in your life and to those who are in your world with you.

You are in the perfect place because you are awake and you know who you really are, and when you do dig deep down inside of yourselves, you will find that there is only love there. There is only light to be spread, because that is what you are made of, and that is what you were created from and created to be. Trust yourselves, and trust in the perfection of your life as it is, and let it inspire you to be who you really are and who you are remembering you always have been, and let go of everything else.

I am Saint Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame.”
