Choice is the foundation of our journey to self-discovery. We recognize that we are responsible for our lives through the choices we make, which in turn create the lives we live. We must also consider the intent behind our choices. Thus, two important dimensions of choice are responsibility and intent.
Using communication, we obtain and process information through our auditory, visual, and kinesthetic senses, although one form of processing may dominate the other. In addition, there are four methods of communication: internal, external, physical, and non-physical. By recognizing how we communicate in these areas and by learning to improve our effectiveness, we begin to enhance our Internal Power.
Positive Thinking is the road to joy and happiness within. When we begin to understand that a positive perspective leads to a positive reality, we empower our every moment. This transformation leads to wonderful levels of calm and peace. By using a variety of techniques, we can quickly put positive thinking to use and immediately benefit from the results. Positive thinking is one of the most powerful methods to personal transformation.
Creativity is the essence of our lives. everything we do is first created in our minds as thoughts and ideas. We then take action, if we so desire, to create the physical equivalents of our thoughts. By definition, then we are all creative beings. Restoring this understanding into our everyday lives leads to magical results. When we begin to realize the power and beauty that resides within our imagination, we can consciously use this energy to create a most wonderful life.
Within each person is a combination of masculine and feminine energies. 
Knowing that we are creative beings with imagination – a feminine energy – is wonderfully enhanced by our ability to bring about physical reality through will power – a masculine energy. Regardless of our gender, we can embrace the magnificent harmony of balancing these powerful energies within us. As we recognize that balance from using both parts of ourselves, we are better able to transform our imagination into physical reality.
Embracing the child within leads us to the heart of a wonderful, spontaneous, and incredible friendship – the friendship with our child self. We can bring this vibrant energy back into our lives and begin to explore vast areas of untapped potential. We can give our child within the love, care, and trusting relationship it has always sought, and this bonding friendship not only will last a lifetime, it will reap great rewards.
The final doorway is the culmination of our journey of self-discovery. When we embrace unconditional love
, we begin to fully radiate the Internal Power that lives within each of us. Setting aside fear, anger, doubt, pain, and suffering, we can allow love to flow freely throughout our lives. Love is all-knowing, calming, and peaceful. Love transcends all darkness and brings beautiful light back into our lives. Our Internal Power is greatest when we realize unconditional love for ourselves and for all things.”
