You Don’t Have To Do It All

“You don’t have to do it all.

That nagging inner voice that tells you so … from where does it come?  It is linked to lots of shoulds, musts, and have-to’s.  That is learned behavior.

You always face choices.  To love or not to love?  To respond with compassion or not to?  Is there a should attached to these or a knowing within you what is the right decision?

Feel the difference:  I should respond with compassion or I know that to respond with compassion is the right choice.  The answer is clear.

If this kind of knowing does not accompany the many thoughts that hold you trapped in

anxiety, set them aside. They do not arise from the soul, but from what the human ego has allowed into its conditioning.

You are so very loved.  Relax now, breathe, and know which voice to follow.”

After thirty years of teaching Inner City, Special Education students and forty-five years of metaphysical studies, I have decided to share my life's philosophical understandings on this wonderful website. For me, everything in my life has been a spiritual experience from being raised in an alcoholic household, to marriage and teaching, and finally caring for an Alzheimer parent. I have sought at least fifteen, personal psychic readings to try and assist me as a wife, teacher and caretaker. I want to share the wisdom that I have gained from following the valuable spiritual guidance from my inner knowing and from heeding the advise of channeled answers from trusted psychics. At almost 70 years old, I am writing, traveling and enjoying retirement in Florida.
