Finding Peace

“Peace exists in the moments, the spaces in between, the parts of life we may often overlook or disregard. Focus on living the space between breaths. The natural (or even awkward) pauses that occur each day.

Look for these moments. Pause. Enjoy them and focus only on what you are experiencing at that time. Free yourself from past or future thoughts.

Think only about what is happening around you, IN THE MOMENT. It takes practice and effort. It’s definitely worth the effort!”
