“It is a wise course of action to be conscious of what you are thinking. Your thoughts are power. Your thoughts are electromagnetic energy. Your thoughts create your reality.
Something happens in your life and you think about it based on your inner beliefs. YOUR MIND then forms opinions BASED ON THOSE INNER BELIEFS, often from prior experience, and sometimes based on falsities! Beliefs
are your personal understandings based on real or imagined happenings. Your understandings can be theory and hypothetical, and not based on truth!
Your belief structures are idea constructs. These idea constructs are structures to explain phenomena, even if not directly observable, and even if not true. Have you constructed a belief system based on lies or past fears?
In philosophy, a construct is an object of thought, an idea whose existence depends on a subject’s mind. Your belief structures are the idea construct of your universe, and you dear ones, are the central sun of your universe. Your belief structures may not be based on facts but on reality as you perceive it. Check your perceptions. Are these thoughts misperceived by you and so untrue? Always, always, it is for you to examine what it is that you do believe.
We have spoken forth many times that your belief structures are very often like prison bars. They are boxes that you inhabit within your consciousness and now is the time to collapse the walls of the boxes to move into an expanded consciousness, an expanded awareness. All you need to be aware of is to put forth the desire and you will find that you will bring to you situations for the learning, for the understanding of what you believe, day by day.
What do you believe about who you are? What do you believe about yourself?
And it is not to negate any part of it (the belief structure), it is merely to accept and acknowledge that that is who you are. Be mindful of your thoughts and beliefs! Self-awareness is how you grow. So simple, dear ones, so very simple.”
