By Grace We Are Guided

Look up at the sky
Still dark from the night,
Cascaded with stars
And the moon shining bright.

I walk in the silence
The world’s still asleep,
My heart is awake to
The dance of the deep.

There’s magic in movement
At dawning of day,
Like mystics in training
Like children at play.

Lift hands to the Heavens
Stretch high to the sun,
Bring Light to the body

Embracing the One.

Place hands on the Earth
And give thanks for this day,
By Grace we are guided
Step out on The Way.
