Amazing Things Happen

“Let what you’re living right here and now in this environment be the process that evokes the desire that summons the Life Force that provides the creation of anything.

Whatever you have the ability to conceive, this Universe has the ability to provide. Anything, without exception. So your work is on the conjuring of the idea, period. The Universe has the stuff to deliver the goods, and will.”

Winter Solstice Blessings

“On this Blessed Day of Solstice, we find ourselves standing in front of a door, the door to our own Sacred Heart. We must open this door from inside, as it opens inward to the magnificent beauty of our Eternal Being, Divinity in our waking.
“Ask and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you” – Matthew 7:7.
And so we go inward, for this time of rebirth and renewal. In the opening of this doorway, we are at the entrance to a Sacred portal, the passageway to our Heart’s True Desire. There we find the Wisdom we have carried down through the ages, for all of eternity, kept safely covered under a blanket of forgetfulness until the time was right for remembrance.
The time is Now.
This is the Gateway to Freedom, where we allow the flowing in and flowing through of Truth, which is the Energy of Love in its highest form.
With every Sacred Breath, we draw into us the energy of All That Is and breathing out, we imbue the All of Existence with that Love.
We cast aside all fears and transgressions, and with Forgiveness and Compassion in our hearts, we step into the shoes of our Brothers and Sisters and hold them in that Sacred Heart space, now fully open to the Knowing that we are All One, united in our Divinity.
With Love to One and All,”

Dark Aspects Of Yourself

Becoming aware of the dark aspects of yourself is essential to your growth.

We have played major roles of all kinds on Earth, including those roles of darkness. Shedding light upon these aspects of yourself brings you to the deep understanding that everything comes from the Prime Creator … including what we know as ‘the negative.’  Did those souls, spirits, and aspects of yourself agree to play the dark roles in our lives just to help us grow by being a catalyst?

Coming into the awareness and understanding of those dark roles that you have played in people lives and the roles they have played in yours, more completely connects you to yourself and understanding your life.  Reflect on how those were growth experiences. What negativity you see in others is a mirror reflecting what is within yourself and your fuller consciousness.   Light is easy to love… the question, is can you love your darkness equally?

Facing, understanding, integrating and loving the darkness you may have had within brings a pure, infinite love vibration for yourself now.  Recognizing how a past negative action only made a bad situation worse brings us great personal inner growth.  How else are we to fully learn?  Realize that the darkness and all that have attacked you have been a programming set in place to help you develop spiritually and grow.  All darkness is not demonic.  The dark moments that you have experienced may also point to a past life resolving of karma.

Begin to understand that all of the negative aspects or parts that you don’t like about yourself are the very ones that gave you strength.  They taught you about the duality of light and dark, about your emotional reactions and how to navigate them.  These aspects of yourself are the ones that have stood by you in your darkest moments, helping you grow.

Learn to love and forgive yourself.  All is well.

“When you allow a full alignment with the Source within you, unpleasant things that may be happening around you will not matter. Instead of being influenced by the unwanted things that are happening, you will be influenced by your alignment with Source and with Well-being.”

Caring For Our Pain

“When you have pain within you, the first thing to do is to bring the energy of mindfulness to embrace the pain.  ‘I know that you are there, little anger, my old friend.  Breathe — I am taking care of you now.’

So every time you have an energy that needs to be transformed, like jealousy or fear, do something to care for this energy, for this negative energy, if you do not want this energy to destroy you.  Touch the seed of mindfulness, and then all of its energy will be able to establish itself in your (inner) ‘living room,’ like a mother tenderly embracing your pain.  With that energy of mindfulness, you are doing the true practice of meditation with regard to your pain, your emotions.  If you are able to maintain mindfulness for five or ten minutes, you will experience some relief right away.

It is necessary for mindfulness to be there to play the role of mother, of big sister.  If you are able to keep this up, the result could be there, maybe, in three or four minutes.  You breathe and you concentrate solely on breathing, ‘Breathing in — I know that I am breathing in; breathing out– I know that I am breathing out.’

After a minute or two, you practice this way: ‘Breathing in — I know that I am angry; breathing out– I know that the anger is still in me.’  Ten minutes later, you will feel better.  It is a sure thing, on condition that the energy of mindfulness is really there; and if you keep it up, concentration– and not only concentration but also deep looking– will also be there.

You will be able to look deeply at the true nature of your anger.  This discovery, this understanding, this wisdom, will liberate you from your pain.”

Conscious Manifestation – Eckhart Tolle

“One of the keys to conscious manifestation is to be anchored in ‘Presence’—the feeling of ‘I am’ and our only true source of fulfillment. When we are connected with Presence, we create from a place of joy, appreciation, and sufficiency.

Conscious manifestation differs from manifesting from the ego in some very important ways:

  • When we manifest from ego, we tend to have a feeling of lack or scarcity. With conscious manifestation, we create from a feeling of abundance, rooted in the fullness and richness of the present moment.
  • When we manifest from ego, we tend to ask, ‘How can I get what I want?’   With conscious manifestation, we ask, ‘What does the universe want from me?’

  • When we manifest from ego, we rely on our personal willpower. With conscious manifestation, we are able to rely on the power of universal intelligence.
  • When we manifest from ego, we often have negative thoughts and doubts when we encounter obstacles. With conscious manifestation, when we encounter obstacles, we look at situations wisely and see what’s possible.

The universe loves to create. When we learn how to consciously manifest, we become vehicles of creative intelligence to be of service.”                                      Eckhart Tolle, eckharttollenow.com
