Love Yourself

th-25“We have to resolve the wounds within our own hearts. If you want to participate in a more loving planet, turn inward to be that which fills it with love. Focus on becoming the solution.

Your single greatest contribution to resolve the pain and suffering of this World is to, in this moment, dedicate yourself to loving yourself.

On behalf of the Universe, I am sending love to all parts of you — even the parts that seem the most difficult to love. I am sending love to all aspects of your being that reach out to be seen, heard, recognized, honored, and acknowledged, exactly as they are.       

I am sending love to you for a job well done throughout a lifetime that still unfolds upon the movie screen of your perception. I am sending you love for all that you’ve survived and for every heart you are inspiring, just by being willing to dust yourself off, pick yourself up, and move forward in the direction of rebirth and renewal.

I am sending you love because I am the love that you are and you are the love I am. We are one, but we are not the same one. Just equally unique expressions of the One eternal truth,
dwelling in all.

As we meet, heart to heart, please enjoy all the immaculate gifts that love sends your way.
